Windy weather caused a bad noise problem that I think was coming from an awning below our apartment. Kept us awake all night. Very loud. Sounded like some sort of machinery but really think it was due to the awning. Not pleasant. So loud it drowned out the TV. Not a reflection on the resort or amenities. Just bad luck.

Everything needed is at hand. Well appointed apartment. Weather was a bit cool so didn’t get to enjoy the pool even though it was heated. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Second stay and would go again. Lovely resort with plenty to occupy.

Some basic amenities were not in the room when we checked in, however, the reception staff rectified this quickly. Also, some of the bedrooms are starting to look a little dated.

The location and view was exceptional. Mel on the reception desk was so friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The main bedroom wasn't facing the ocean, and the resort wanted us to do dishes while on holidays which was okay but there was still dirty ones in there from the people before.

The view was exceptional, the staff were very lovely and everything was central to the hotel. The bed was very very VERY comfy too!!

We were on the podium level (level 1) and had a huge balcony. Unfortunately, guests from above had dropped/thrown food from their balconies and made a mess of our balcony. Thankfully we weren’t using the balcony, but it was disgusting all the same. Staff were very apologetic even though it was not their fault. The podium level is also very noisy as you can hear the restaurants below late into the night and super-early in the morning.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Perfect location - didn’t need to use the car at all.

Lovely view and very roomy apartments. Great facilities. We didn't need to use the car during our stay because the eateries, shops and beach were so close and all within walking distance.

1 car park space for a 3 bedroom apartment booking was unexpected and limiting. Communication / advice on where to find facilities etc was a bit lacking. Spa in pool area was colder than the pool.

Location was awesome, central to everything we needed. Spacious, comfortable rooms and nice pool area.

Location was excellent on the esplanade. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. We needed extra car spaces and they went out of their way to provide for us.

A few more kitchen items would have been great. Such as- baking dishes, extra cutlery, a couple of sharp knives ( not blunt) and an electric fry pan as well as the one for the cook top. I just found the kitchen items provided very light on. Also some basics like foil, paper towel and olive oil would have been great to have in hand.

Location was excellent. On the door step of great restaurants, cafes, boutiques and the most beautiful beach. Chose this place for its location and the fact it had a tennis court. Also loved the heated pool and spa.

Nothing, The Peninsular is fantastic.

Fabulous pool and spa area. We used the clean and modern BBQ area twice during our stay. The staff were just lovely. Sam was so incredibly accomodating when I rang on the way up to Qld to book another night with a VERY late checkin time. We were also provided with beach toys for the kids during our stay. The location is incredible. The entry opening directly onto the esplanade is ideal. Pick of bars and restaurants at the front door. The beach is literally across the road! All of these things mean we will always stay again.
