Cleaniness, the bathroom floor was sticky when moved in,carpet was not clean properly,no vacuum or mop to clean The floor if any mess. Called emergency no few times no answer and no contact back.

Location was central. Apartment had lovely views. Neat and tidy. Full kitchen and laundry. Good air-conditioning. Responsive staff. Nice rooftop area - gym and large spa. Secure car parking.

There were cockroaches inside and we did not get enough toiletries. The host was not always available at reception,so difficult to ask for it. The kitchen did not have paper towels either.

We loved having a kitchen to do our own cooking, but extra cleaning supplies would have been nice. We cooked every night of our stay and one tea towel wasn’t really enough. We also ended up going and buying our own cleaning spray to clean the mirror splashback in the kitchen, because there was nothing to clean it with.

Location was fantastic. Great view. Nice clean apartment to relax and enjoy our holiday.

I didn't realise that the main bedroom was a double bed which was very uncomfortable for us. It was clearly advertised as double but it was my mistake. It would be good to have ice cube tray in the freezer

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equiped. We had lovely view of the lake and enjoyed sitting upstairs in the spa area having snacks and drinks.

We had an issue checking in. It seems the the room had been marked ‘ready’ although when we went to check in there was a cleaner in our room so was a system error however luckily they had availability and were able to quickly check us into another 2 bed apartment straight away

Loved the location, heapsss of space in our apartment and contact with Rocky was great. He assisted us when we needed him each time although difficult to contact anyone via the reception number

Although the apartment has full kitchen there were not much in the way of cooking tools. No microwave bowl/container or oven trays and hardly any cooking utensils to cook with. Eg. No peeler, tongs. There was a BBQ on the rooftop which we cooked on one night which was fantastic. Cooking utensils are supplied up there so it was easy. Fab views and a fun space up there on the rooftop with dining table, couches and gorgeous views. Overall a good stay here.

Amazing views, quiet location. Spacious corner apartment with huge balcony to relax on. Modern apartment, clean facilities. Short walk (800m) to shops. 15min walk to beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

sheets were terrible. not enough basics provided. washing powder, tea towels, dishwahing liquid and tablets for dishwasher, a broom but no dust pan or vacuum.

The Airconditions weren't working probably so my husband being an electrician checked the filters and all 3 filters were full of dust so he cleaned them and then they were working just fine. They really need to have them serviced regularly and filters cleaned after each stay especially during summer when it's hot and humid. They need to check the blind on the fixed window that opens to the balcony as my husband was stuck on the balcony and couldn't get back in because the blind was preventing the sliding door to open. He closed it after going out to the balcony as the air conditioning was on and had to wait until I got out of the bathroom to let him back in.It can be a real hazard especially if you have children.

The size of the apartment was good including the main bathroom and bedrooms which had their own Airconditioning.The balcony and view were also amazing especially at night when the lights of the high rise apartments were lit up. Having your own allocated car space and secure parking was really good. Access to the building was easy and secure with easy check in and instructions on how to use the keys and fob to access elevators and garage. Didn't really interact with staff only when we checked in but they were polite and explained everything that was needed. Walking distance to the beach and Caville Ave.

Handy location to the Surfers end of the beach and shops. Nice quiet street. Apartment was clean but sparsely furnished, would have liked maybe more seating and rugs or mats on the floor, extra towels ect.
