Parking can be tight, but we were lucky enough to not always have someone parked near us.

Location is excellent, size of apartment & balcony is generous, nice view, everyone is very friendly & there is minimal noise from others.

The reception does not have the service times written anywhere there, or a contact phone number for emergency or after -hours contact phone number. I feel this is something the facility should seriously look at as if the buzzer or the phone in the manager's office is not answered, there is no way to communicate with anyone.

Excellent location. It was our family's second time to stay here. Rooms are nice in size, clean and facility had all the basics we needed for our stay.

Shower & vanity sink in main bedroom ensuite needs a bit of a clean. Needs extra pillows in the bed rooms. We also had the fire alarm go off at approx 4am to evacuate, ( not a problem at all but...) management or fire wardens needed to stop alarm/ manage guests & ensure 000 is called sooner. Still loved our stay immensely.

Great location! We could walk EVERYWHERE! Loved layout of apartment. Special requests of bedding arrangements obliged. ( thanks so much). After hours checkin available. We had everything we needed in the room. Everything in great working order. Nice decor in room. Would DEFFINATELY rebook.

Was disappointed that u only got a small amount of mb of wifi then u had to pay for it. I had to tether my own hot spot. A little behind times with having to pay for wifi in a hotel

Wifi reception wasn't very good, it didn't work at all the whole second night we were there. Bed was quite small, a queen or king would have been much more comfortable. More bathroom amenities, including hand soap, would have been good as well. And a deposit of $300 seems a bit steep.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with stunning views of the city skyline and the nearby river. Bathrooms were large and modern. Reception was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very simple.

The blind in the lounge room was broken and weren’t able to open and close and did have a broom or dustpan.

Probably missing few cleaning items. A brush will Be good to wipe floor. Few dishes wasn’t clean properly when I arrived. Maybe a good look before the next guest arrive can avoid. but easy to clean. General very good.

No housekeeping option, tho we stayed for 10 days. 1 of the apartment booked had a lot of tiny cockroaches (Apt 505). Amenities provided is very little (soaps, tissues, etc.) We are a big group of 10 adults and 7 kids. We had requested for extra amenities and had to request over a period of 2 days and some house received extra, while some didn't. Communication was lacking. They never responded to chats on Booking.com even after we've confirmed and during our stay, they did not respond to our messages either. Even when we had mentioned someone had parked in our designated parking, we received no response. The rooms has carpet, and it was also extremely dusty. You can visibly see them (very bad for kids & people w sinus/allergies)

Location is quiet and convenient. Coles & Woolworths is very near. House is cosy and comfortable. Security is pretty tight (you can't visit other floors. Pros and cons to that if you're traveling in a group)

We waited to check in for longer than expected but maybe we came closer to the cut off time for check in, but the people checking us in were very polite. The bathrooms were nice and clean too but you need to bring your own essential toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) as there is only body wash and soap.

I really liked the location and it was just a 15 minute walk from the the accommodation to Surfers; where all the food and shops were. The apartment was spacious and it was far enough from the main part of Surfers to be quiet and not crowded. The car park was nice as well. The balcony was also cute and nice to sit and chill at.
