The tv wi-fi it wasn't working and there is a pub that Friday night got music till late.

Maybe I didn't check but was very surprised there was no toaster, no microwave and no crockery.

Witin walking distance of a number of cafes/restaurants. Lovely walk across the river bridge. Very well lit up at night.

No real complaints except that the bed wasn,t done every day.

The location was ideal. Tv wasn't working but staff quickly fixed it. The room very nice. Plenty of car parking space considering it was the easter weekend.

Still a great place to stay, but be aware main road noise was there but still well acceptable as glass/blinds well subdued it (we also had just come from a very quiet location). On one evening some rogue guests tried to check in but were removed by police, the matter was dealt with by staff extremely effectively & efficiently, full credit to their professionalism. These were only a minor issues, didn't mar our stay at all, would stay again.

Having stayed at this venue multiple times now, historically when you mark the booking as pay at venue upon check in, this occurs, I understand people might not show, however on this occasion funds were taken from an account I didn’t intend to use, at 1:30pm in the afternoon if paying at the property isn’t an option it should be removed as a possible option, if I had known it was going to be billed before check in, I would have linked a business card not a personal card, I did call ahead and confirmed we would be attending and asked if I needed to change the card and was told no just pay on check in, other then this miscommunication overall the visit was good

Staff were quite friendly and the location was convenient for the purpose of our stay which was a tennis tournament at the nearby venue

WiFi wasn’t fab, no clock facilities for bag’s & reception lady wasn’t super friendly.

Location for blue bet stadium was great! Bed was sooo comfy & pillows. Had a great sleep. Will stay here again when we travel here for the footy!

We had a bad smell in our family room. Room could be bigger for 4 persons. It was really tiny. The window in the bethroom were hold with a wooden beams.

Free parking, staff was friendly, bed was comfy.

The property was perfect for the short stay. Everything you needed was available . The 24 hr cancel policy for the room. The reception closes at 5 pm on a Sunday and reopens Monday morning at 8 am. Unfortunately my circumstances had changed and had no way of giving cancellation any earlier. There was a mobile number that I could of called the staff, to let them know that I was checking out the following morning rather than staying on for another 3nights. This wasn’t considered as an emergency and when I found out at 6 pm Sunday evening, I didn’t want to call them as it was not a emergency went to reception just after 8 am Monday morning. Unfortunately I was charged for Monday’s rate as I didn’t give a 24 hour cancellation of the further nights stay. Due to circumstances out of my control, it would be nice if the hotel facility could judge this on circumstance, rather than hotel policy. The receptionist was extremely efficient understanding and quite helpful when sorting out the refund through bookings.com. This lady was absolutely beautiful and recommend with more than a 10 out of 10.

Everything was great for the room itself.

Enjoyable stay, comfortable and clean and good sized room. Good distance from the busy town centre, easy train trip into the City. Aircon was nice and cold, was very hot that day and staff had it going before my arrival, so the room was nice and cool. Fabulous shower pressure. Everything you need for a stop over or longer stay. Would happily stay here again.
