The control box for the air conditioning was situated in a position which made it extremely difficult to read even inin daylight with all lights on. This problem was compounded by size of the print. A larger print copy of the instructions attached to the wall would avoid a frustrating time of trail and error.

The bed head was a little torn.

The location and rooms are ok, even the bed. I had planned to go to the National Gallery and the hotel was well situated.

Breakfast was good- able to accommodate gf/df requirements. Quiet in room. Comfortable bed central heating/cooling.

A bit tired and bizarrely no opening windows in the room which means we would not stay there again. Need fresh air!

No easy access power points on my side of bed meant i needed to charge phone across room on the desk, not quite so convenient as expected.

Restaurant and bar clised too early in the night. They refused to serve me a drink or even get a bottle of mineral water after 9:30pm.

No movies accessible, but TV channels. I could have called reception but really it didn't bother me !!

I arrived earlier than check in and asked if they could call me if the room would be ready prior to the regular check in time. The lovely person on reception called me to let me know my room was ready (earlier than expected) AND I got a bonus room upgrade which was so lovely!!

The upholstered bedhead was worn. The aircon is a little noisy. There was no outlook from my room.

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. 15 minute walk from the bus interchange. Quiet location. Smallish hotel felt personal. Large bathroom with good toiletry selection. Comfy armchair, plus desk and chair.

your staff need to clean out the bathroom plug hole and wash the windows behind the bath room sink, every. lean they do.

I diddnt like the old musty smell. I think it had something to do with the old carpet being down. other then that it was absolutely amazing

*only ONE key card for four people made our time in Canberra fraught with difficulty. Who ever had the key card had to; - ensure they were first back to the room - available to go down to the lobby to escort others back up into the lift. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a **** hotel *No swimming pool * The restaurant and bar were closed for the the three days we were there this was despite the staff spending a lot of time telling us in detail about them. AND that there was a menu in our room for in room dining -there wasn’t. - Hated the 2 x SINGLE use dishwashing liquid. Not environmentally friendly at all. Should have replenish-able soap containers. - No instructions for rubbish including recyclables. - The explanation about the different lifts from reception was extremely poor. No explanation about allocated parking. We had to work this out for ourselves. It took us a solid 30min. after leaving reception to getting into our apartment.

The apartment was excellent; spacious and well designed. Loved the artwork throughout the building.
