Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe control box for the air conditioning was situated in a position which made it extremely difficult to read even inin daylight with all lights on. This problem was compounded by size of the print. A larger print copy of the instructions attached to the wall would avoid a frustrating time of trail and error.

Australia*only ONE key card for four people made our time in Canberra fraught with difficulty. Who ever had the key card had to; - ensure they were first back to the room - available to go down to the lobby to escort others back up into the lift. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a **** hotel *No swimming pool * The restaurant and bar were closed for the the three days we were there this was despite the staff spending a lot of time telling us in detail about them. AND that there was a menu in our room for in room dining -there wasn’t. - Hated the 2 x SINGLE use dishwashing liquid. Not environmentally friendly at all. Should have replenish-able soap containers. - No instructions for rubbish including recyclables. - The explanation about the different lifts from reception was extremely poor. No explanation about allocated parking. We had to work this out for ourselves. It took us a solid 30min. after leaving reception to getting into our apartment.
The apartment was excellent; spacious and well designed. Loved the artwork throughout the building.
