The shower drain needed a desperate clean and did have more than usual amounts of mould.

Good location , free on-street parking between 6pm and 8am. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious for a hotel room. Front of House staff were amazing, helpful and friendly couldn’t ask for better customer service.

The bar/restaurant was closed but it was New Years Eve. I didnt like that we had to walk to a public car park. The one they have a deal with is further away and more expensive than the CPP which we went to, Pack lightly so you don’t have much to carry.

Great location, room was quite nice & spacious. Check in & out were easy. There were mini bar items in the room, however we took our own. We had an issue with the tv remote, someone came up and fixed it for us and were very friendly.

The parking away from the hotel was a pain for two older women in sweltering heat.

It would be great if the parking was closer to the hotel and if it could be made cheaper for multi entry tickets. When you have a lot of luggage this was the downside to my stay

Would have loved a micro wave in room. Sadly restaurant was closed as it was being updated. However you could still get breakfast there and handy to restaurants, cafes and convenience stores.

Very clean and modern rooms. Well serviced. Great location in Central CBD. Minutes walk to train and bus depot. 2 minute walk up alley way to restaurants and bars. Great Irish pub handy. Very handy to Elizabeth Quay and Barrack Street Jetty for Swan River Cruises. Would stay there again.

The hotel room always with dust even though after clean up. The morning breakfast with limited choice as we stayed for 10 days and it serve with the same food. The towel only replace upon request .

The hotel location is excellent with surrounding restaurant, shopping and public transport.

The shower drainage system is very poorly designed, water ends up all over the floor outside of the shower. Breakfast was very basic and not even any fresh water on offer, let alone any complimentary water in the rooms.

Clean and comfortable room. Didn't have time to check much else out so can't comment on any facilities.

Breakfast was ok although while the quality of food was very good the choices of food for a full breakfast for $30 was limited. For example when we were there the only hot food choices were bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. For the money I expected such choices as sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans in addition to what was offered. Still there was plenty of food although not the variety.

Location central to most things. About a 500 metre walk to railway station but easily manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room. Well appointed bathroom.

Buffet breakfast too expensive for someone who just wants to eat a little. There was a buzzing noise in the room coming from the head of the bed and I lost a lot of sleep. Bed comfy though.
