The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and you could feel the mattress springs.

The apartment is spacious with a large balcony, centrally located with undercover parking.

On the Friday night it was extremely noisy from souped up cars and motor cycles. I should have reported that the vanity basin in the bathroom did not drain well. I struggled to find the key place. The address given took me to the Arts Centre

Loved the location in the centre of Canberra, perfect for restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed. It was beautifully clean. Great that it had a car park though it was difficult to find once in the garage

The key Dropbox thing - we didn’t realise you could park next to it down the lane way and circled the block several times trying to find a park. Having said that, the instructions and photos were spot on and hugely helpful! Booking.com description needs to be changed to something you can tell an Uber driver - like Manhattan Apartments (North Tower).

Beautiful apartment - loved the location, undercover parking, apartment layout, big bedroom with balcony access, gym, swimming pool, speedy response from owners to my questions.

The quality of the pillows could be improved, they did not offer my support. It was a bit difficult to find the location where we needed to pick up the keys. Google Maps took us about a km from where we needed to be. It was initially a bit difficult to locate the building as Google Maps was not very precise. We were provided with a picture of the building which was taken from the park and the entrance of the building was less obvious from the road when driving, particularly at dusk.

Building and its location were excellent. The apartment was spacious and extremely well appointed. So many great restaurants in the near vicinity. Very comprehensive instructions were provided regarding picking up keys and accessing the building. The communication from the hosts was first class

Check-in kept waiting for nearly an hour for someone to bring keys. Disorganised. Bedding v low grade ( cheapest Kmart). Would be inadequate in winter. No instructions whatsoever left in spite of many other reviews noting the same. No lights on balcony and not fixed on our request due to inability of tradie to get keys?? Only one bedside light. V minimal complimentary milk etc and low grade coffee. Really could be better for what we paid.

Great location, close to everything, secured building and parking. Easy to book, check in and out. Lovely big apartment, large rooms, good kitchen and bathroom. Room for a single camp mattress in the bedroom which also has a desk in it. Have started before and highly recommended. Good cooking facilities, laundry facilities in bathroom.

No signs etc saying how to get to the pool. We wanted to have a dip but asked several people who also didn't know. The unit needs to have some info about how to access the pool.and its hours.

On arrival the apartment was not as clean as I would have expected. I sent an email to address this which was not acknowledged. Previously there had been good communication. There were also issues with the clothes dryer. An information document would have been helpful as I had to make a phone call to find out where the waste disposal was located.

Great location for the event that we were attending. To have parking available is an advantage, especially when in the city.

A few things left by previous persons, opened milk in fridge, mouthwash and body wash in bathroom, can of beer in kitchen cupboard. Went to vacuum before leaving but the hose was broken. Clothes airing rack would be great as can't put lots of clothes in dryer.

Great location, large 1 bedroom apartment, good size balcony, living area and bathroom. Great value, easy to follow check in instructions. Internet worked well, cleaning products provided. Only used microwave but all cooking items provided including oil, paper towels, salt, pepper etc. Close to shops, restaurants, park, theatre. Secured building and parking.

Major facade renovation work is taking place and visitor parking to pick up keys was unavailable. Minor building noise did come through during the day during our stay.

Spacious, comfortable apartment right in the middle of the Canberra CBD with shops just a few paces away. Close to attractions and great secure, under cover parking. Except for the usual and unavoidable street noise being right in the city, the unit was very quiet. Great for short or long stays.
