Due to the lack of staff our breakfasts and dinners were not ideal. The food did run out and one of our hot breakfasts and dinners was missed altogether. The staff did their best under the circumstance's.

Dining staff were a little in experienced and the breakfast arrangements were poorly organised, poorly replenished and a bit low quality. The evening meal was a complete contrast. It was super tasty

The food was excellent. Dinner was standout. The hotel is older but clean. Rooms are basic. As shown in pictures. The restaurant manager Cam and his team were engaging and welcoming.

It’s a hard walk from the tube station with bags and ski gear so a complimentary luggage pick up/return would have been nice and $15 for a single glass of wine seems a lot. Also we were not informed that cooked breakfast was not an additional cost until our last day! After being stung on the wine on our first night we were cautious to order anything else!

The budget rooms need some TLC, I understand we got a deal but one power point above the hand basin and a room with no storage, not good. Thankfully I travel with a power board but some Ikea shelfing wouldn't go a stray.

At the snow its location, location, location and the Perisher Manor is just that, right next to the Village 8 express chair lift. Ski in and out brilliant. The food was amazing hats off to Chef Zara and her staff.

The room was very basic. It needed to be double glazed to stop the condensation which managed to drip down on 1 bed.

We stayed in the budget twin which is no frills but functional, warm and with a hot shower. We only slept in the room so it wasn’t an issue for us!

The budget room was very small but we were expecting that. However nowhere to put your toiletries and no plug near the bed. Major problem was the door handle was very hard to turn. Locking/unlocking almost impossible. We asked to be fixed but wasn't during our stay. I slept badly as I was panicking if there was an emergency, we wouldn't be able to get out. Although the fireplace in the foyer is beautiful, it's wasted. You don't want to sit there. It needs to be enclosed with 1/2 walls to create an additional more private area to relax after a hard day skiing.

Location was excellent. Bar area with fireplace was so inviting and the view is great. Staff were outstanding. Very professional and friendly.

The calls before arrival telling me it’s not refundable and to pre - check beforehand , I know it’s COVID . If that’s why you need to call your guests that’s fine provide this info up front and don’t act that you are calling to provide extra info on other things then slip that in. Other than that was feeling lucky we got the booking because of stay at hone restrictions for Sydney siders.

The dinners included in the package were very good. Chef really seemed to care to provide gourmet dinners. Breakfast was very good too - much better then expected in this old hotel. I would return for that and for the best location. Rooms were very clean as well. Hotel is old but very charming . Than you - we enjoyed our stay . Hotel also provided lockers and bag storage for those arriving early or departing late. Thank u

Location is excellent. Room outdated but lobby and restaurant renovated. Overall happy with our stay. Food was excellent too. Sad that trip was cut short due to lockdown. Highly recommend the hotel for convenience.

The small double bed in our room took up almost all the floor space. We were unable to open to door and struggled to navigate the room with our gear and clothing

The dinners were excellent all the staff were super nice and amazingly helpful. The facilities and location were awesome. The view was fantastic.

Electric kettle cord not long enough so you have to hold it to boil water - very dangerous.

Ski in ski out- what a perfect location! Budget room small but cosy with everything you need. Amazing hot water and shower pressure! Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. Fabulous chef - food was sensational- great quality and variety. Cant wait to stay again.
