Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere is very little that could have been improved. The window in the main bedroom allowed early morning light to enter as roller blinds usually don't cover the entire width of the window glass. This was not a major problem. I would have preferred a full size window in the living room space but as I wasn't in the room much in the daytime, this was also not a major issue. Having space to spread out my papers and computer on a table was one of the reasons for booking the accommodation. It worked very well.
The accommodation is extremely well located for convenience in Randwick, a very short walk to the light rail network, approx. 25 mins. journey to Sydney Town Hall while Central Station is even closer. I was in Randwick for a weeklong cinema event at the Ritz cinemas about four minutes' walk away. There are many restaurants offering a variety of food in the immediate area. Buses appeared to be frequent day and night and Coogee beach is easily accessible as well. The rooms were clean. I stayed in an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom/walk-in closet. The bedroom had a window with a roller blind and light curtains. The larger room was a living space with cooking facilities directly behind the main office, just inside the main front door. The larger space did not have a full-size window so that daylight shone through a couple of rows of small glass cubes in one wall just below the ceiling. I needed a table to spread out some work with a MacBook and this room was very suitable for that. The office was staffed by friendly and helpful people by day, perhaps till 8 pm. After hours there is a 24/7 mobile contact number which answered promptly when I needed to call them on a couple of occasions when wifi stopped on just one evening for a while. The apartment could have accommodated two people sleeping in each of the two rooms. Up to four people in fact. On a lower level in the building there is a communal kitchen which I didn't need to use. The small fridge in my apartment accommodated the bottles of milk, water and containers of fruit that I ate during the day. I didn't use the cooking facilities which appeared to be modern with a variety of utensils.

United StatesBy American standards, the king bed room was tight and cramped. There was no where to put suitcases. The bathroom was small.
The location is excellent. The property has both a kitchen and laundry available. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The hotel was very clean.

SpainThe bathroom could've been cleaner, the sink was too small and the mirror shelve way too close to the sink, made it very uncomfortable to brush your teeth. The bed was a bit uncomfy and even thought you couldn't hear people in their rooms, you could ear everything that was happening in the corridors.
