Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything was super clean. Parking was easy and there was a lot of available spaces. The room was spacious and the furniture that was in there was perfect. Central location to everything. The bed was comfy. I stayed in an apartment which had a kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking and a washing machine and dryer which was amazing.

AustraliaBeing a new setup and having heap of technology incorporated into the building and the processes, I can understand the getting-use-to factor, which will be worked out as it goes I believe.
Communication with the staff was quite pleasing, helped me with the problems as well as giving me guidance when needed. The property is brand new, clean and comfy. Many facilities to enjoy, such as heated pool and jacuzzi at the roof top, which is also equipped with BBQ and seeing area to have a nice roof-top experience. Views from Rooftop at night is wonderful.

AustraliaWe booked a Executive Apartment which was supposed to be 2 rooms with Queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room We were 1 cuple & 2 singles so we needed the extra sofa bed but only had 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa. We asked and It was promised it would be at our door by 9pm but it never showed up.
Easy access and parking onsite. Very clean and tidy and close to the city. 100% will stay here again when back in Brisbane. The free bottle of Wine was nice also.

The property was high end and perfectly laid out. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a mini break in Brisbane for the weekend. An Uber to Suncorp only cost about $11 and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. We really liked the use of the QR codes for information and casting which was preset and ready to use.

AustraliaYou need to pay a deposit via their "guest portal" which is in US dollars, I called them to provide credit card details so they could charge in AUD, they used my card details to double charge me for the room, despite that we paid booking.com when we booked the room, a few weeks prior. I feel that the apartment was completely over priced and the location was actually not as suitable as we thought from looking at the map when we booked, Room looks better in the pictures and the hotel put a noisey family with kids next to us and above us which was extremely unpleasant. Getting in was complicated to the building was complicated and the electronic key did not work despite uninstalling and re installing the app, using the TV streaming was complicated. There are hotels with breakfast and better locations for the price.
Staff were pleasant enough when assistance was required. The system is not customer friendly, however.

It’s a long story but to cut it short, my check in time was supposed to be at 2pm and I finally managed to check in around 4pm. Two hours were wasted in useless instructions for check in, endless calls to get hold of someone to help you, keys for access not working,very misleading advertising on the ad, very poor internet connection. DONT STAY THERE. On the ad it says exactly “the apartment features a pool with view” so you would think you are on the same level with the pool. But you are on level 2 or 3. Ad says SPECIOUS. It is literally tiny. I can go on and on. Spend your money at well known facilities and don’t believe the pictures and the ad or viewers

AustraliaI thought an online check in would be easy but it was really time consuming. Multiple emails, downloading apps, logging into portals, 3 separate payments and then having to log in again to find user wifi passwords for the room etc My key app would malfunction every time I tried to open the door / use the lift. Make sure your phone is charged and you have internet if you stay here or you’ll be stuck.
The apartment layout and design was relaxing and practical. The rooftop is beautiful.

After calling, I was informed about a key locker code. The key fob provided initially didn't work, and I had to speak to three different people to resolve the issue, only to find out it was the wrong key fob.
