Everything was super clean. Parking was easy and there was a lot of available spaces. The room was spacious and the furniture that was in there was perfect. Central location to everything. The bed was comfy. I stayed in an apartment which had a kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking and a washing machine and dryer which was amazing.

Being a new setup and having heap of technology incorporated into the building and the processes, I can understand the getting-use-to factor, which will be worked out as it goes I believe.

Communication with the staff was quite pleasing, helped me with the problems as well as giving me guidance when needed. The property is brand new, clean and comfy. Many facilities to enjoy, such as heated pool and jacuzzi at the roof top, which is also equipped with BBQ and seeing area to have a nice roof-top experience. Views from Rooftop at night is wonderful.

We booked a Executive Apartment which was supposed to be 2 rooms with Queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room We were 1 cuple & 2 singles so we needed the extra sofa bed but only had 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa. We asked and It was promised it would be at our door by 9pm but it never showed up.

Easy access and parking onsite. Very clean and tidy and close to the city. 100% will stay here again when back in Brisbane. The free bottle of Wine was nice also.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher which we found when we went to load it ourselves. Otherwise the room was perfect.

The property was high end and perfectly laid out. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a mini break in Brisbane for the weekend. An Uber to Suncorp only cost about $11 and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. We really liked the use of the QR codes for information and casting which was preset and ready to use.

In 4 days I saw 3 Cockroaches, 3” in length!!!! I kept the doors and windows closed, only using the filter setting on the air conditioner. When I emailed the staff, since there is none on-site telling them I couldn’t sleep because of the cockroaches and was checking out early, I asked to be refunded for the 3 days I had to kill the cockroaches - all someone did was leave a 1/2 can of bug killer on my kitchen counter while I was out. Little noisey with traffic. Not 100% sold on using your phone as entry to unit, lift and building. Believe a key in a lock box would be better suited.

Nice property but frustrating electronic key system that sometimes works. Spent an hour downloading the app and trying to open doors. Couldn’t get the lift to work most of the time. No luggage trolleys. Nice rooms, gym and pool, when you can access them. S non-Rambla resident said Rambla guests always have problems with the electronic keys…

It would have been great to have two single seaters or another small couch, the lounge bed was in use as a bed for the entire stay and it would have been great to relax away from the small dinner table.

Front door stuck badly - had to barge it open and barge it with shoulder to close it every time. Sink Tap leaked out the top when it was used each time some maintenance wouldn't go amiss

You need to pay a deposit via their "guest portal" which is in US dollars, I called them to provide credit card details so they could charge in AUD, they used my card details to double charge me for the room, despite that we paid booking.com when we booked the room, a few weeks prior. I feel that the apartment was completely over priced and the location was actually not as suitable as we thought from looking at the map when we booked, Room looks better in the pictures and the hotel put a noisey family with kids next to us and above us which was extremely unpleasant. Getting in was complicated to the building was complicated and the electronic key did not work despite uninstalling and re installing the app, using the TV streaming was complicated. There are hotels with breakfast and better locations for the price.

Staff were pleasant enough when assistance was required. The system is not customer friendly, however.

I am frequent user of hotels and airbnb. The stay was a nightmare. It’s a long story but to cut it short, my check in time was supposed to be at 2pm and I finally managed to check in around 4pm. Two hours were wasted in useless instructions for check in, endless calls to get hold of someone to help you, keys for access not working,very misleading advertising on the ad, very poor internet connection. DONT STAY THERE. On the ad it says exactly “the apartment features a pool with view” so you would think you are on the same level with the pool. But you are on level 2 or 3. Ad says SPECIOUS. It is literally tiny. I can go on and on. Spend your money at well known facilities and don’t believe the pictures and the ad or viewers

Couldn’t connect to any tv channels - had no internet. No instructions on where we could park as it was paid for. Room had no view at all. We looked at the high way and kennards hire - the room says it comes with a view

Online checkin was useless, key on phone wouldn't work, no smiling face to greet and hand over keys, 2 phone calls and half hour later we got in. Car hidey hole out and down the back wasn't explained. Check out was nearly as bad.
