The kitchen stuff was a little dirty. Kitchen is a bit of a weird/ cramped set up with the tables.

Staff were not very well trained, the backyard was very dirty all the time, the rooms are very small and don't have enough space to store belongings, little space between the beds, mattress very very uncomfortable, the breakfast was not included. A drunk man was allowed to check in and sleep in my room.

Bathroom is clean, kitchen is quite complete.

Making bed yourself as you arrive, after a long flight this isn't ideal. Also the rooms felt like a prison cell, no windows and quite cramped. Literally a bed, chair, desk and small cabinet. The noise from a nearby club was so loud it travelled through the AC vents. Asked for some plasters/band aids and they had none, asked for a first aid kit and they couldn't find it? Reception makes up their own hours too! Asked to buy some laundry stuff and apparently the reception shuts at 4pm(!) but then there was another day when someone sat there until 7pm?

Good location (15 mins walk to either station that leads to Fremantle and Airport), laundry facilities (except nowhere to air-dry clothes, people leave their towels all over staircase!), people are friendly, showers are warm

Rooms were looking dated, and could do with a clean.

Very convenient location in the heart of the city. Great communication (they were quick to advise a solution for arrivals after 11pm). Hostel was quite in the night and morning. You can hear some noise from other rooms, but it wasn’t bad. Our bed in the room we stayed in was pretty damn squeaky - noisey when getting in and out for a midnight wee. Breakfast was simple (cornflakes or Oats) but it did the trick. Staff was friendly. Aircon in the rooms was good, keeping the room tolerable whilst Perth had a heatwave. Checkin and checkout were super simple. We’d stay again

The room we were staying at was lacking natural light, between enclosed walls and very little space in the room . The backyard needs some cleaning.

Location wise it is situated in the close proximity to the city, good value for money, timely communication regarding the check in, friendly staff, clean rooms.

On arrival you are asked to make the bed by yourself. This in itself is not an issue. What made it a bit problematic was that I arrived in the night and had to juggle with a torch and bedsheets in the dark. This was a bit annoying for the other guest sleeping in the room at the time. Since my late arrival had been already communicated, it would have been helpful if they had been already placed. Not a huge negative, but worth mentioning as potential improvement!

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. I arrived late, so the keys to the room were left there for me. I did a smooth check-in the next morning. The room that I stayed in was just right to fit 6 beds and a little bit of walking space. Still, it didn't feel too crammed. The other guests at the hostel were nice and the general vibe of the place was peaceful and clean. Lockers were provided. Fantastic location.

Rooms like little sardine cans especially the single rooms. Empty bottles out back outside mess everywhere they. Could be very nice hostel if some money was put back into it...

Really basic for the money you're paying. Don't expect anything fancy. Private rooms without any window. Just 4 walls and a bed.
