I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist. It was a rude welcoming like she just could not be bothered with dealing with you. The walls were dirty. There was people coming in from the streets with blankets to the back door. The receptionist modified our booking without or knowledge or permission. Blamed booking.com, to which we called and confirmed it wasn’t booking.com that it was the lady at reception. She wouldn’t answer the phone for booking.com to sort it out. So we had to call and give her the phone ourselves. She was very unapologetically rude. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked that the property was close to thornlie square.

No plates or knives. No face washers Paper cups. Water just trickled out of the shower very hard to wash hair. And no top sheet on the bed to hot under blanket.

They had a big TV

No top sheet on the bed, just a blanket. The Room smelt of smoke. The Outdoor entertainment area was outside the room beside our window.

Bathroom not the cleanest also the other clients were not the most upstanding citizens. Woke up to poilce attending in the morning. Children playing loudly around as well. Just small niggles, microwave had no turn table in it, disposable cups were not clean, limited power points available - used up by TV and microwave etc.

Right beside a cafe and some eateries, the staff were friendly.

-only 1 towel for 2 people - no top sheet just a light blanket - bugs on floor of room and in the bed - hair in plug hole of shower and shower floor - could not watch tv as other rooms kept connecting to it with their movies/Netflix

Shower temperature would was not good. It was freezing cold or scolding hot, it was disappointing. Bed needed a blanket! What is offered is far too thin to keep the cold night air. View of the building when arriving is depressing. Needs some colour, plants, anything would be a step up.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Staff are very nice! Sadly the rest of the experience was not necessarily pleasant.

Security deposit required but had to be there to return it to your account, lacked bedding, towel was small and cheap, limited shampoo and soap, no power supplies except in corner where appliances where plugged in, limited tea and coffee making facilities and very noisy inside and out of room no soundproofing so every conversation could be heard. Also one of the light switches had no switch and some cellotape over the opening, just fell shy on all levels, it would be a means to an end instead of a place to stay whilst in perth.

When we pulled up we saw people with ankle bracelets, which told us this was emergency accommadition with criminals. Then saw the room and they were the pits. I don't even know how this place is aloud to rent out its rooms. We asked for money back which was a hassle and then went to stay at another place. If I was you I would never book to stay at this place. When talking to the Manager he said they weren't criminals. Well thats weird maybe its a new fashion to wear an ankle bracelet. But be worned they only have the one picture for a reason, and it's not even real.

Cancelled my booking as soon as I looked at the rooms. I wouldn't even leave my dog there they rooms were so dark and cramped compared to the picture they show.
