The place smelled of urine. My children and I felt so unsafe as it just seemed like a den for drug afflicted people at nearly every entry. In the one night we stayed there the police were called and needed to attend 4 times. My children witnessed a drug afflicted person being arrested and was very aggravated right out the front of reception. We got out of there asap. The bedrooms were filthy, creams smeared on the bedside tables from previous guests. There were pubes in the main bed which was unsanitary and unusable. I could go on and on! I am in the process of trying to get a refund as the apartment was uninhabitable but the hotel owner is being very difficult. Worst service ever.

We didn’t get the accomodation we booked, I booked the apartment with the pool and then only found out it was changed to one without when got off the plane in perth. The apartment was meant to be an upgrade but it was very old and dingy, the curtain pole and curtains fell down in one of the rooms, I dread to think what state the original apartment was like that I booked. Very disappointing overall

It was a horrible stay. The mattress was dirty and smelly, the air con wasn’t working, a lot of noise of people knocking the walls and screaming. I sent a message to the property and they never replied to me. I would never recommend staying here, very expensive for what you get.

lots of road noise, way to much noise from other tenants till about 4am plus mess left behind including urine on internal wall. Having to pay over $300 deposit as a non smoker was a bit stiff as well.

Neighbours were having a domestic outside our room, screaming profanities at each other, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. We found drug paraphernalia in our room and the bed sheets were not clean with dried blood stains and hairs. A number of very sketchy looking people around our car in the car park. The police were also there at one point. Unfortunately we only realised all of this after reception had closed for the night so were unable to speak to anyone till the morning when we were checking out. We informed the staff who told us they would get back to us with "feedback". Never heard back from them. We were quite upset with our experience and would definitely not stay ever again.

The photos are catfishing it was quite the disappointment. I had booked for my birthday weekend and it was that bad we actually booked another hotel. The rooms have problems that are fixable but obviously ignored - eg the smashed windows or the dirty walls with paint chipped off The place is way out dated, unkept (no maintenance) and dirty And what is up with the $300 bond 🤯

The toilet ran, the air-conditioning was only in one room and ancient. There was only a fan in the bedroom. There was no on-site reception for late arrivals, we had to call a number. Felt unsafe.

Room was not what was pictured, $300 deposit was not paid back, room was a mess and filthy when we arrived, someone entered our room that night and I was told I was a liar when I told the staff. Room smelled like wet dog and there were stains everywhere. Not safe and did not feel respected when I asked why I was not getting my deposit back. We left the room in the same condition we were given it in.

The cleanliness of the lobby and elevator weren’t up to standard, we were kept up all night by people screaming and fighting on our floor and almost called police as we were worried. Paid a $300 Refundable bond and still haven’t received any info on when I’d be getting it back.

The staff were accommodating to me arriving late at night and were super comforting to let me in!

Within the room, the floors and door handles were sticky, everywhere you looked something was broken, including an upside down clock on the wall!! Not enough cutlery for everyone and dirty glasses. With something nasty on the lounge cushions. Both adults woke with a sore back.
