Only trouble the apartment was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. I was under the impression that the apartment was on the ground floor when I booked.

The location was good close to shops and dining places. Parking was good. Apartment spacious.

Didn’t know there’s no lift. We had to carry our heavy bags on the very top floor. We purposely booked this apartment because of the swimming pool as it was advertised that they have a heated pool. But that time, they didn’t turn it on so it was too impossible to swim. Hardly any kitchen tools available. Would have been good if there’s is at least the basic stuff like tea, salt and pepper. We booked for 2 nights with 3 adults and only provided 2 small sachet of coffee! For the price we pay not worth it.

The apartment’s taps in the bathroom were dripping/leaked, and the shower taps also leaked and fell off when you turned the taps The apartment wasn’t clean - there were cobwebs and dust

One toilet for 4 people, kitchen and bedroom cupboards outdated decor everywhere in poor condition for price I paid. I could accept that but 2 steps away were neighbours where husband and wife fighting violently and daughters thrown out and all night above us screaming and shouting from above floor. No view from our apartment, one window not able to close which made us more concerned for safety. I had my 92 year old mum who was highly anxious all night and did not sleep and sister who has stress related issues - very very long night. Lady at front desk next morning did ask me how it was and I just said fine to get out of there quickly. Definitely not an enjoyable stay but thankfully only one night. Quiet scary actually. Security is an issue overall - front door into apartments wide open.

Easy to get to that is all.

What let our stay down was that there was building works going on next door, we were looking right at it, massive crane outside our balcony/window plus side we couldn't get lost and knew exactly where we were staying. Even though it wasn't nice to look at I wasn't too worried about it until they started hammering, using electric saws etc at 7 am on Saturday morning, weekends are the only time we get a sleep in. EPA regulations state that construction/building noise is not allowed before 9 am on a Saturday morning. Considering that they are building next to holiday apartments they should have been a bit more considerate. Although it was no fault of the venue, it did actually ruin my overall rating of my stay.

Great location, bed was very comfy and loved the pool area. Even though the place was a little tired it was very clean and the service was fantastic.
