The appartments were very loud. We couldn’t make much noise and had to keep reminding the kids to keep their voices down as we could hear the rooms next to us and at one point the downstairs apparently were banging the roof because we were too loud for them. We also would have loved if there were cleaning products supplied such as multipurpose cleaner and a broom.

The kitchen and living area was large and spacious, it had all the amenities we needed for the family and to cook food. Also had a washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms and showers were really nice. The location was walking distance to the mainstreet.

Wasn’t provided with adequate bedding for the number of people on the booking. There wasn’t enough towels initially. Not enough plates, no provision of dish liquid to be able to wash up. Tea and coffee provided but not even a small milk in the fridge. Cleanliness was only just ok. There were hairs around the apartment from previous guests or the cleaner and the tiles still dirty. The bedding provided was stained. The dish scoured was used and dirty and several dishes also not cleaned properly. Wi-Fi was very poor.

TV didn't work properly and the showerhead wasn't very strong. Couch was quite uncomfortable.

Location was close to the main strip of shops. Room was very spacious and had two balconies. There was a garage located below the room for keeping my car which was great because it was out of the elements. Bed's were really good and bathroom was nice. Lots of space to put clothing.

We were on the third floor .. There was no elevator so we had to track up and down all the flights of stairs with our luggage .. There is no shade to sit out on the balcony ..

Location was amazing within walking distance to beach, shops and bars. Beds were very comfortable.Pillows were great. Sheets were clean . Everything we needed was provided in the apartment..

The internet was unstable. No glasses, just alcohol related glasses (beer glasses, wine glasses, etc)

The location was fantastic. Very comfortable and big rooms. Super friendly staff, who went above and beyond for my husband (it was a surprise trip for his birthday).

That there wasn’t a second toilet, even thou there were 2 bathrooms! Beds were a little hard for my liking!

Finding the place was difficult. (I noticed someone else wandering around not being able to find the block. She carted a hefty suitcase up to the third floor only to find she was in the wrong building. 2 of the 3 buildings are not labelled. She was carrying a map (obviously not from booking.com) albeit a terrible one - I couldn't make head nor tail of it) There were 2 of us and we are not a couple - when we finally found the place we were told there was no sofa bed booked and we might have to pay $50 a night for the linen. Initially, he said there was no sofa bed but then he showed us how the couch opened out after talking to his boss. The host did bring us linen at no cost but it was embarrassing for a moment there. I went back and checked the site and it had the sofa bed as an option at that price and you didn't have to select it (as the host said) There must've been a communication breakdown from booking.com to the host. To be fair, all of these things are trivial now because they get sorted but I would've demanded a refund if they weren't. Additionally - The deck was filthy. If you walked onto it with bare feet they got covered in dirt. It might have been the previous guest but the glasses were wet and turned upside down and the floors were wet.

The location was fantastic and the views were pretty good - as advertised. The apartment was well fitted out.

Cost of rent is bit more also shower/bathroom only 1, specially accessible from common area and bedroom, must have to be secure lock for group so can be aware that some one is in. Thanks

No lift in the building - have to climb a lot of stairs with our luggage. No ac or heater in the bedroom, so it’s cold in the night. No extra toilet paper or rubbish bag unless you ask for it - make sure to check the toilet paper when you check in! Also, the check-in instruction not sounds like welcoming guests, but more like requiring someone to following their orders… and.. if you want extra bedding for the sofa bed, they would charge you extra money for it…

Toilet would have been better in a separate area/room. Sparse crockery/cups/glasses.

We had to provide our own because it was an apartment. The toaster and kettle were fine. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the manager was helpful and responsive to minor glitches.
