Fly screens in bedroom n lounge room fell off easily. Key didn't work on security door, had to enter via garage. TV initially didn't work, had to call manager to reset TV Lock on bedroom balcony door, faulty n not easy to lock. Limited cutlery n mugs Only one soap provided in the bathroom Curtains in bedroom not block out and sun came in very early.

Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable couch, no light blockout blinds in bedrooms so I couldn't sleep in, toilet roll holder too far back, light didn't work in bathroom, TV poor quality.

No elevator and I have to hold my bags to the third floor and I am a handicap person… very difficult and tiring.. Also check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 10 am .. the day I pay for was only a 20 hours day.. not value for money at all…

This apartment and grounds are horrible. Dirty kitchen sink, shower and floor. Couch and bed were rock hard. Woken at 7am by construction works literally metres away. The toiletries supplied were half used (lid off), hardly any tea or coffee. Balcony was filthy and no mat when coming inside so you cant wipe your feet. No sound proofing beyween floors, can hear everything above. Steep staircase to get to apartment, so if youre not able bodied, dont bother.

Didn't exceed my expectations.

The location of the place was near the shops and the beach. the staff was nice but they don't have a reception. And no good view of the beach if you are looking for one. the place was dirty the floor was full of dirt. My wife had to go to the shops and get some cleaning products to clean the floor and the bathroom. we had our 4-year-old with us and we had a queen-sized bed that we all had to share. They gave us only two towels for the two of us and we had to buy one for our child. we were there for 4 days and they were aware of 3 guests. That took my wife all afternoon to clean the place. the air conditioner wasn't working at all lucky I was able to clean the flitter to get it going. The TV was out of date no Netflix we couldn't do much with it. We had to carry our luggage a couple of stairs up with no lift it could have been much better with a lift, especially with the elderly and young ones. I wouldn't recommend it.

For an apartment that sleeps 6 people, the sofa was tiny and only seated two, it was not very comfortable and not great for a family. The furniture on the decking needed to be updated. There was no Netflix and the reception on the tv kept cutting out and then coming back on. The shared bins downstairs were overflowing. The glass door in the living area was shattered and held together with some sort of contact. Cleaning could have been better. Very bright early in the morning as the curtains did not keep light out.

We liked the location, close to the main street and beach.

No paper towels at all. Was dusty underneath of dinning and toilet paper dispenser, spider web behind bed head rest. TV too small and very slow to work. Tiny and not comfy couch. No spare rubbish bin bags and toilet paper.

Block C. If you stay here I defiantly recommend block B. The rooms are the same. Block C doesn’t have lifts. The issue with block C is getting entry to the building if you aren’t checking in before 4pm. I drive at the track and often come up the night before or after a day at the track. If the main reception is not open you need to call a number that a man in block A answers. He watches you from his window and explains how to open the lock box, open the front door, open the garage door. It’s honestly a stressful experience as his English is very difficult to understand. It would be a lot easier if the keys could be Collected from Phillip Island apartments like in block B. Also when I stayed there the hot water wasn’t working. Again when I called the number I was explained where to reset outside the building. It was dark and the reset didn’t work the first time. I couldn’t have a shower that evening and had to do it again in the morning when I could see property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service delivery can be poor though.

I didn‘t receive the keys very easily, the balcony door couldn’t be looked at first. The apartment was not clean, there were quite a few spiders.

Everything. The property was advertised as luxury; however the building was poorly constructed. Appliances were the cheapest possible from Kmart. The couch fell apart. It was advertised as having a sofa bed; and linen provided however this was an extra $50 charge. It was unhygienic. I could continue but don't want to waste my time. I highly recommend to find somewhere else. Do your research of the reviews.

The staff was non existent. Had to check in by phone which was really confusing. The finishing on the walls where very poorly done. Building materials had been left around the hotel.

Everything could have been better

In general total disgrace with the weekend mould in the showers dirty apartment, when you open the kitchen window all you could smell was the rubbish bins below that were overflowing with rubbish, gardens overgrown. During our first day a man was pissing in the gardens. And the final straw was the air-conditioning not working and after this point we just packed up and left. To sum it up a really poor and disgusting apartment complex. Still waiting for the manager to contact us. But safe to say we will not be staying there again. And for anybody else stay away.
