Pool needs shade

Resort was acceptable for the price. Clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely the staff are the biggest asset this resort has.

Garden view room actually had a really lovely view of the beautiful garden 😃 Generous sized room, with even more generously sized bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Not many guests dining at the restaurant - yet still fully staffed including a French chef no less. Food and service were superb. The petits choux were sublime.

Need a little blown up piture of the touch controls, little hard to read for the oldies.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was cool with cooler. The Main Meal was beatiful.

This was an extremely pleasant resort - clean, very comfortable, well-equipped, excellent facilities, and a lovely large pool. The staff were very pleasant and helpful - even offered free late checkout, as we were flying out in the afternoon. We had breakfast and lunch here, and both meals were excellent. The location is just a short walk to Cable Beach.

Room cleaning was average. If you had the do not disturb sign on at the time of cleaning you missed out altogether. There was no attempt at allowing a later checkout, even when you had stayed 7 days.

It was a little tired in some areas. A safer place to store luggage would be a great investment. Pool needs shade cloth. Gardens could be great with a little more care. Car ports with solar panels could keep cars cool and provide sustainable solar energy and not detract from hotel’s appearance.

Room was spacious. Shower was strong and hot (I had read reviews that it had been a problem) Bathroom was modern and well appointed. Breakfast was good -another surprise as I didn’t realise a basic breakfast was included. We loved the location. Walking distance to Cable beach. Very short walk for bus stop and a convenience store/cafe

The toilets had brown stains and needed bleach to be put down every day.

the breakfast was a basic continental,our room was really nice after we asked to be moved from our allocated room,The pool was excellent .

Road noise unexpected Old towels Room not swept during our stay No water in the rooms Breakfast service was strange layout - items constantly ran out, why only ham and cheese croissants when half could be plain (vegans, Jewish people, etc) Many people don’t like ham and cheese croissants and just want to eat them the way the French intended! Need a new toaster

Only thing would be the bathroom the showers leak water everywhere and the lighting isn’t great even with the lights on the bathrooms are dark it’s hard to see in the mirror but other than those minor things loved it.

I loved the Kimberley sands resort was very welcoming and had a comfortable feel about it

Great size room overlooking the pool. Nice pool. Within walking distance to Cable beach. Breakfast was basic bit nice. LOads of parking which is needed as you need a car in Broome.

The bed was ok but could be more comfortable. Air conditioning is not crispy cold.

Kimberley Sands is a beautiful resort with friendly staff. The location is good and quick bus ride to cable beach or 15min walk. Dinner & lunch served was a delight.

No place to dry out wet clothes (swimsuits). The complimentary breakfast had rather limited choices.

Very nice large room, comfy bed, great pool area, everything was clean. Within walking distance to Cable Beach and a couple of restaurants. Bus stop is a few steps away.

Pool view room didn't have a view. Light in bathroom didn't work. Asked to be replaced. Didn't happen. Restaurant was clinical....no atmosphere
