The cabin is aging, single mattresses are extremely soft. Electric stove. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom with single beds, and double is in the main room - not the best layout if travelling with kids.

Stayed in a cabin. It was clean and functional. Just what you need for the night if you're driving by. It is fairly priced. 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to the shops. Oven and big fridge / freezer in the cabin.

The unit was passably clean, but the cutlery and utensils weren’t. Similarly the freezer needs to be cleaned. Absence of wifi was also a negative

After plenty of rain in the area, the grounds were a little wet. Not the parks fault, just the poor weather

Some deep cleaning wouldn’t go astray, windows and oven etc. However surfaces were spotless. The mattress needs replacing, only one side was comfortable! I stayed in unit 11 which was the biggest and perhaps the best? Sheets and towels were clean but dated. Lovely new shower curtain really lifted the bathroom. A few more touches like that would make a difference. I’d guess Covid interrupted the new owners plans to update the park.

Location is close to Tae Rak (Lake Condah) in Budj Bim national park that I wanted to explore. Highly recommend the tours here. Accommodation had everything I needed but is basic. Staff were lovely. There is a good supermarket nearby for all your shopping needs. Accommodation was warm, good shower and cooking facilities adequate.

It is a scruffy park and cabins are old and not value for money. Not very clean either.

The fella who checked me in was curt. Needs to learn to learn to converse with customers. I stayed in cabin 6, Fred's Retreat. First impression of cabin: Fly mesh on screen door is cut (not torn) near the lock and duck taped in sections. Second Impression: Door only opens about 30° unless you push it HARD. Uh ooh, is Fred dead on the floor behind the door?! Third impression: Wow, Fred really retreated from cleaning, eh?! I don't care about lack of free shampoos like other guests. But when there are thick layers of dust on the artwork, dirt and mold on the kitchen blinds (that look like a cat attacked them) and you brace yourself before lifting the toilet seat lid... that's not good.

Rebecca was very helpful with my online enquiries, very assisting.

It did lack privacy and if your curtains were open everyone could see in - net curtains would improve this. Curtains near all beds need replacing as they had mould on them. Bathroom door wouldn't slide properly. It was a little run down but great value for money.

Good little spot to base ourselves whilst explore that area of Vic and SA. It was quiet. Kids had their own single bed - no bunks. Plenty of room for us.

The next door neighbours with small children have been very noisy, screaming and yelling, with the adults (one adult) incessantly on the phone talking at the top of his voice. Have they not read the rules and policy information from the caravan park?

Shower recess mould in corners and edges of tiled wall needs attention. Water leak onto carpet from rain in second bedroom, which was not used. No soap or shampoo in bathroom.

Convenient quiet location, comfortable and warm with good amenities and close to town centre. Would be good for self catering with supermarket nearby.

The beds are very uncomfortable, the flies were broken, ants in the cabin. Need more maintenance and cleaning in the cabin. Also the sliding doors - main and the bathroom run off its tracks. AC needs more attention.

Common facilities- showers, toilets, loundry - and beddings were nice and clean.

It was just a very old, outdated cabin. The price reflects that. You wouldn't fit any more then 3, even though it slept 6. Very small
