We were travelling in a van and the parking spaces were quite small. We tended to park in the street as this was easier than navigating the parking lot in the car we had.

The location was very good for us. We would have liked bins in the bathrooms. There was only one in the whole 2 bedroom unit and only 1 garbage bag supplied for our stay. The rooms were a good size, and it was nice to have a balcony to use as well. Storage space was excellent. Would be good to have microwave proof dishes available to use in the microwave. We only had one key at first, but another was provided upon request in a timely manner. We were travelling for children's sports and had to visit the hospital one day. We couldn't get parking at the hospital so was very convenient being able to walk directly from the unit to the hospital. Apartment had a good size kitchen and two lounge chairs.

No hair dryer!! Didn't pack one! No milk, even a small one for tea and coffee.

Clean, very spacious. Close to a few shops. Close to hospital and university. Easy drive to Harbour Town and Surfers. Had everything we needed.

No face towels or hand towels. Big bowls and plates for serving sieve, oven mitt would be helpful. More pictures on walls might make this beautiful unit more attractive.

Modernized and clean unit, very good communication. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner body soap washing powder.

Better seating, there was only a 2 seater couch for 3 people to sit on an extra lounge chair would have made the stay exceptional. Instructions on how to you the cooling system would have been an advantage. No milk supplied on arrival.

Information that was provided in collecting the keys was clear and concise no issues with entry or collection of keys

The AC in rooms is not effective. Curtains are not effective in blocking sunlight.

Had stains pretty much everywhere in the bed, the sheets, the covers, the pillows, the floor, the couches and the chairs. Had other people’s hair everywhere, overall the whole place including the balcony needed a really good clean. The key to get into the elevator was also a hassle to deal with, as it would only work sometimes. So we would have to keep pushing the buttons on the elevator for it work.

Perfect location close to everything fast food restaurants, hospital, gas station, bar etc. Nice and quiet place to sleep in, internet reception was amazing same goes for the shower pressure as well as the aircon.

Good stay. Quiet, comfortable, street parking. Space was clean, spacious. Loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms, bonus there was hand wash (not soap) Overall lived our stay, host was friendly too!

The roof could use a bit of attention there were massive spiders in the corner and above the bbq area and not much seating areas to be able to use the area up there also could use some small milks for coffee in the room

It was quiet and the room was great had a washer and dryer and everything you needed for a longer stay

Stains on the chairs and lounge, dirty floor, needed a washing up cloth and tea towel, tempermental security key for elevator. Didn't see any staff.

Everything was great but would’ve loved to have some tea towels in the kitchen. The rubbish chute also smelt AWFUL and could smell it in the hall way and car park otherwise the property itself was perfect for a weekend away with a couple friends

Loved how easy the lockbox system was, place was super easy to find and work out and felt like a very private property.
