Unfortunately, the 2 bdrm. unit hadn't been cleaned in the shower and a coffee cup was put in the cupboard in a terrible state. That was disappointing.

Lots of room. Top level with the bar-b-q was excellent. The location was great. The tropical feel and internal walkways are a great design. I had booked 3 units for a significant family celebration.

Some issues with the room that I reported on the first day. Some were immediately fixed. Lack of kitchen wear in the kitchen. No tissues. Only 1 tea towel for 5 people for 4 nights. Same with dish liquid etc... not enough for 4 night stay. No fresh towels offered. Some mould on bedroom blinds. Very small couch for up to 6 people. Very dim lighting throughout.

Location was excellent. Plenty of space in apartment. Comfortable beds. Some room issues were fixed immediately. Helpful staff.

* The random glasses in toilet in the main bathroom. Made the room pokey and slightly challenging to move about that corner - sink & toilet beside each other so no space for decent vanity * downlighting in bathrooms were dismal for applying makeup & prepping to go out. We were they celebrating milestones, so constant dress ups & celebrating.

* The location is superb! * The apartment had all the essential to make your stay at the beach comfortable. * wonderful pool * easy key access *elevator access

It was a little noisy with the rooms all backing on to the pool. And street noise from patrons also.

Rooms were huge and very well laid out. Lovely furnishings in the room. Great view from the balcony. Staff were very welcoming on check in. We had some noisy neighbours late on the first night and they were dealt with promptly when I contacted the night manager, which I really appreciated.

All tiled floor made the unit feel cold. A floor tug in the lounge would have been appreciated

No pantry to put our food into. Asking for a late checkout seemed like an inconvenience.

Bathrooms were amazing, beds were super comfy, roof top and balcony were a nice touch 🙂

The jacuzzi by the pool wasn't working. It would have been ideal if they gave us bath salt for use. Their rule required us to throw out our rubbish, which is quite unusual for a service apartment.

The location is great. Shops and beach are within a few mins walk. Looks relatively new. It's clean. Has sufficient amenities for our stay, eg washing machine, dryer. I like the soa bath in the ensuite.

For the price...a complimentary bottle of wine would have been nice. Or even some cold water! Extra towels. Safe wasn't working. Blinds need cleaning or re vamping. Hand basin in bathroom full of hairline cracks.

Fabulous location to shops, restaurants & beach. Parked the car & walked everywhere. Very relaxing. Was nice & clean.

Lighting in apartment wasn't very bright and a number of light bulbs gone. Ceiling fans not cleaned it quite some time. Some kitchen doors broken and worn. Blinds very worn, not very clean and need replacing. Grout in tiles throughout need cleaning. For price could have had tissues supplied.

Proximity to everything and beach. Apartment had everything you needed for a self sufficient stay. Comfortable.

Overall the place is quite nice, but we felt it was a bit overpriced. We got the rooftop but could not use it as the umbrella was not working properly and it had no other shade. Internet was down on first few days, but problem was across the whole town. The kitchen also felt a bit odd and not enough utensils for a longer stay like ours.

Good location, although a bit noisy at times due to the pub next door. Large and nice unit with comfortable beds and good aircon.

The main balcony was not swept. Some black gunk came out of the spa bath jets when we used it. Really not much to complain about.

Well appointed kitchen, excellent facilities on rooftop, and lovely cool air conditioning on some very hot days. We had family staying in the adjacent rooftop unit, and in comparison to theirs, we had much nicer appliances and the cleaning was to a much higher standard.

Kids people letting doors bag shut. Kid jumping into pool while parents watched. Parents drink from glass stubble, just inconsiderate people
