Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThis property is very old and dated. A real 70’s/80’s hotel. The beds are really hard & there is only a quilt, no blankets. it’s really noisy , with the bed only about 1.5 m from the parking area( downstairs room). Shower needs replacing as hardly any water coming through. Door in the bathroom needs replacing as it has a hole in it. would not be a good place to stay with younger children.
it’s a very convenient location, lots of parking. very clean room. Great pillows. Lovely staff. Great aircon. Didn’t swim, but the pool is clean & looks lovely.

AustraliaNo TV in second room. TV in main bedroom only has a couple of FTA channels. Swimming Pool was out of service. Big Trucks parked out front of hotel everywhere. Police constantly pulling up at hotel and talking with reception. Got the feeling this is some sort of Covid quarantine hotel or something with Truckies everywhere.
Room sizes were big. Location very good for us.

It was overpriced for a maybe 1 star motel! Needed a $200 deposit after payment, there was nothing in the room worth $200!

AustraliaI paid for my room, told the staff I was checking in around 2am-3am, no response until 11pm and basically told me that the reception isn’t 24hrs so too bad. Very very poor communication. Especially when I already paid for my room. No one had contacted Me or replied to my emails the following day nothing. Do not recommend.
