How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

WiFi connection was really poor. We found that it improved closer to the visiter centre, but it was virtually no existent in our cabin. A problem seeing as we also had no 4G or 5G from our own phone services.
Amazing cabin with all the comforts of home - a real glamping experience. The space was so clean and fresh, but had a great homey, rustic feel; a tough combination to get right, but this cabin did! We had a marvellous time and really enjoyed the bath tub as well as the cosy bedding. The room was cosy with the electric heater and split system; inspite of the early spring chill.

The entrance was muddy & no indoor mat , so we carried our shoes inside & put them on paper we found. Door lock tricky , needs some TLC & one corner kitchen cupboard hinge needs attention. Just trying to help not complaining as this is a fantastic park to stay in.
We enjoyed our stay very much Great location , facilities , friendly helpful staff We would stay again !

We booked a garden cabin and would have liked a couch or somewhere other than on the bed to sit in the evening. Had to live from our suitcase on the small table as there was nowhere to put bags or hang anything. Parking at #8 Garden Cabin was challenging.
Cabi was clean and a great size. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they gave recommendations of where to eat. Location was amazing a beautiful bush setting close enough for a morning walk on the beach.

There was nothing not to like.
The position is excellent, closeness to beach, walking tracks and Port Arthur Historic Site. Pump track, playground and barbecue were also great.

The facilities, location and staff are superb. Stewarts bay a short walk away, and a great pump track and small playground on site to keep kids entertained. It was the perfect base for us to explore Tasman Peninsula. Thanks so much!

The actual park facilities are a bit sparce. There isn't much in terms of facilities shops/cafes/restaurants in Port Arthur, so when we visit again I would be prepared by shopping first.
We stayed in the new peninsula cabins, very modern and clean and one of our favourite places we stayed on our trip to Tassie. Loved the fire. Great location -walks to the beach. Lots of wildlife.

The slide door in safari tent 2 is always in the way and slides into the fridge etc and prevents drawer opening easily. The idea is good but maybe needs to be a little slimmer. Maybe a little cramped with 2 older teenagers but the idea is good. An extra chair on the deck would have been nice, only 3 and we had 4 people.
The pizza oven but unfortunately we didn't get to use it. Great shower in the safari tent, good heating, nice ambience with fireplace heater.

Fantastic cabin with sea view. Excellent condition and cleanliness. Staff were extremely friendly and gave us directions to pubs and cafes for dinner, definitely return!

The bathroom is soooo skinny, but didn’t effect anything!
We loved this stay, so much open space, facilities were great. Loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. Playground was so good for the kids, and loving all the wildlife so close by.

To be honest, WiFi may not be available. We were given a passcode but could not use it. However, we were able to use our cell phones, so not too much of a hassle. Also, the TV signal was bad, so we could not watch the programs.
I had never seen anything like it before. We stayed in a tent-like facility. It was a very luxurious camping experience. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. We were there in the winter and it was not cold and the air conditioning was well equipped.
