It would be an improvement to include a hair dryer in the room. Also my personal preference is for coffee mugs :-) not cup and saucer. Would be lovely to include some local artists artwork or photos from the area. My error incorrectly booked hotel room expecting motel room which meant an unexpected increase in the cost of my stay.

Very convenient location for my visit, recently refurbished and beautifully done keeping/honouring the original motel ambience. Appreciate the thought gone into this refurbishment. Neat, tidy and clean.

Hot water could have been just a bit warmer( was fine). A hair dryer would have been handy.

Lovely clean rooms recently refurbished. Close to all shops and restaurants. Very quiet location no traffic noise. Comfortable bed.

It would have been great to have an office/staff/kitchen or restaurant onsite rather than having to check in at the Hotel down the street.

Centrally located in town. The historic pub looked like a great place to dine although we didn't eat there as we'd eaten on the drive to Port Broughton. The lady that served us at the pub (to get the key) was very friendly. The room was fresh and looked like it had recently been upgraded/renovated. Also, the Tim Tam's and free bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch.

The kettle did not work and was quite dangerous. The replacement by a very helpful staff member did not turn off automatically. She did say that they were cheap ones. Not much room for storing toiletries in the bathroom. Lighting in general, and especially in the bathroom, left a lot to be desired.

The proximity to the beach and the jetty. The room was fresh and adequate to our needs. The hotel meals were superb. When we had an issue with the kettle, a staff member quickly rectified the situation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We appreciated havine a table and chairs in the room.

Just some minor additions. We weren’t sure how to navigate the TV with Netflix, etc. some basic instructions would be helpful. A shelf in the shower would be good. We had to use the bottled water from the fridge to fill the kettle because it wouldn’t fit underneath the tap in the bathroom.

The location & price was perfect. The room presentation was excellent, very clean & having a table & chairs was good.

Double Deluxe Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities required as listed in the adverstising description. The rooms are 5min walk from the Port Brougton jetty and coveniently located in the middle of the town

Shower cubicle had no facility to place soap etc. Could not fill electric jug with water as it did not fit under tap.

Easy to find and walking distance to facilities. Inviting, clean room with plenty of space and luggage racks. Bed very comfortable with lovely linen and great hot shower.
