reception and the café close early and unless you bring your own supplies, you need to venture out when you get hungry or thirsty.

this accommodation is about the koalas - and rightly so. the sanctuary is well-designed and we enjoyed the tour with a highly motivated, knowledgable and friendly guide. the rooms are no-fuss: very spacious and clean but with no special amenities. we did appreciate the little breakfast hamper.

The closest beach is still a 10 minute walk and the beach itself is too dangerous to swim at due to big surf and many 4wheel drive vehicles plus dirt bikes. We needed to drive a 5-10 minute distance to get to other beaches.

The staff and volunteer members were SO lovely and helpful and the grounds were so well looked after by the staff. A real sense of pride and love for their work. Breakfast goodies in the room were very well appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and the pool and spa was great for the kids.

Everything! It was calm, peaceful and so homey. A lot of attention is paid to guests’ comfort, including a personalized welcome note with our in room breakfast items, a spectacularly clean room and the friendliest staff.

Staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Great facilities including a very handy BBQ by the spotless pool. Loved meeting the local wildlife but beware the overly friendly possums! They will steal your dinner.

Breakfast basket was excellent, with top up available. The Koalas were fascinating. The professional, friendly staff were fantastic with great communication via text msgs reguarily. The fascilities were equal to any resort.

we liked the location, within the koala park and close to other interesting locations and food. we have not enough time to swim, but we were so happy to have swimming pool in hotel.

Small microwave was hard to sterilise bottles but this is a very niche problem lol.

Exceptional staff, amazing in all aspects. You can tell they’re dedicated to helping to koalas so ensuring their guest are well taken care of. It’s great to see such caring passionate individuals, ever last staff member we spoke to were friendly, kind and happy.

price could be a bit lower but since it goes to support koalas, it is worth it. the rest was great

Room was of a large size, with extra bed, that actually had even additional bed all clean, bathroom is new and renovated Location is great, it's kind of hidden in the woods and has access (although with medium level accessibility) to the beach, which is also kind of isolated. so it gives the great feeling to be connected with the nature. At the same time the hotel is directly and easily accessibly via car and public transport. and you have koalas and nice birds as a bonus also swimming pool has warm pool

loved everything, although strong smell of bleach from bathroom and had to close bathroom door as it was so strong in the room all night.

The cereal provided at breakfast was limited and a small potion. It also would have been nice to have more than just an apple as the fruit option.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very responsive. The one bedroom plus apartment was very clean and a good size for the three of us.

Was a good experience and different to be sleeping in these tents, the tent was quiet, clean and comfortable. I think the price was a bit excessive for what you get but it is quite cool to be able to see the koalas and walk around and learn about these cool animals. Everyone who worked there was very nice to us and pleasant.

No wifi but that didn’t matter so much. Some real coffee instead of instant would have been nice.
