Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeThe property is located quite a bit uphill from the CBD, so be prepared for a climb. A safe was not provided unfortunately. I requested the staff to provide one when I noticed that the safe was missing, however throughout the entire stay, it was not done so. Netflix on the TV was inaccessible.
The location was very convenient, just a few hundred meters away from Central Station, CBD, and Queens Street Mall. The facilities were quite clean.

AustraliaShower didn’t work very well, the water pressure was bad. There was no drinking water provided in the hotel room. The room is extremely small and congested. There is no wardrobe provided or any other amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush, slippers etc.
The location is amazing. Bed is quite comfy. Staff let us check in early as we had an early morning flight. They also let us keep our luggage in the hotel after we checked out as we had an evening flight.
