You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beautifully renovated- stylish and new, but in keeping with the hotel’s history. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Food was wonderful and again, staff were excellent. An amazing experience.

AustraliaThe room was tiny!!! No chair, table or luggage space. It was basically just a bed and a wardrobe. The window is painted over as it looks ta a wall opposite. The bathroom was actually bigger than the room. The picture on this site does not convey the actual dimensions.

AustraliaProbably wasn’t worth the price paid, mainly due to the size of the room. It was beautifully decorated and bathroom looked gorgeous but the lack of bench space and space to put luggage etc meant it felt a bit squishy. Access to the balcony via large sash windows rather than doors, a minor negative.
A great location, great food, great service and renovated beautifully. Will definitely visit the pub again for a meal and drinks.

AustraliaAir purifiers were laden with a cloying scent - really overwhelming and unpleasant. No heating in the bathroom, which was large with a tiled floor. Side lights on the bed were on the same switch, so couldn't turn just one on late at night. Some confusion over opening times of kitchen. Info in our room said it closed at 8.30. Chef actually finished at 8.00. That seems early, for a hotel aspiring to be 4-star.
Bed and pillows were good. Front of house staff were helpful. Restaurant duty manager "Chris" was great.
