Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Good size king bed but mattress needs replacing as it is like sleeping on a bean bag. A few more kitchen utensils would have been great.

Location is outstanding. 2 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes and waterfront bars and attractions. Provides off street parking in hidden back yard

Stairs are a little steep and narrow, this didn’t worry us but may be something to mention for those who aren’t good with stairs. There was also a small amount of noise from clubs/pubs near by at night but didn’t keep us awake.

Apartment was great! Very good location, super clean and well maintained. Everything you need for a few days in Hobart. Super short walk to Salamanca and great restaurants/cafes. There was also a smart TV which was handy. We enjoyed our stay and definitely stay again.

As we were in the middle of our holiday a washing machine would have been great but for most not needed. The hosts had thought of everything to make it easier for us - where to eat, see etc

The location was excellent and there was secure parking available for a small additional cost. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though it was a studio apartment it had everything you needed apart from a washing machine.

Everything was great. Only difficulty was finding the key. I don’t think my email mentioned it was at the rear of the building. Location was perfect.

Nothing at all. Beware, for people with mobily issues, steps maybe an issue. (This is to be expected in a 150+ year old building, we loved it ourselves)

A minor issue but some people would be particular about a few stains on the lounge, that would probably be difficult to remove. It did not distract us however.

The owners were very cooperative and facilitated an early check in. They were very reactive and assisted us in managing our luggage on the stairs. For this, we were very grateful. Our executive suite was compact, clean, well appointed and largely modern. The location in Battery Point was perfect. The surrounding streets were rich with superbly built and maintained colonial cottages and mansions. The short walk to the CBD, the waterfront and Salamanca was a very positive aspect.

The stairs are very narrow and reminded us of our accommodation in Ireland!

From the start, all information delivered to us was extremely easy to understand. The old renovated rooms had lots of character - I could only imagine if the walls could talk! Had a great time here exploring Hobart, MONA and the markets - would definitely recomend!

There was some road noise (not constant by any means), which probably wouldn't affect many people but we come from a place that is silent at night so it disturbed us a little.

Clean spacious studio apartment, well resourced kitchen, great location for city centre and Salamanca area with it's bars and quaint shops (we missed the markets by a day though). Great hosts.

Location to both central Hobart and shopping/supermarket was perfect. Beautiful assortment of quaint restaurants on the same street and walking distance to main city and Salamanca market on Saturday.

There was no internet facilities or Streaming* TV services. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The property is a terrace style building, and the unit we were in was across three levels with fairly narrow stairs. Whilst not a problem for us it may be difficult for guests with mobility issues

Loved the old building built in the 1850's plenty of character and location was great, along with off street parking that was only $5 per day. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful on our arrival. Found a fabulous Cocktail bar called Whiskies un believable decor and Cocktails were top quality and they have a happy hour.
