Very dangerous stairs leading to upstairs rooms (slip hazard when wet). This is an insurance liability for this hotel and that needs to be rectified immediately. Begging dog in dining room not a good look during breakfast.

Not very nice having to go through the main bar and outdoor smoking area of the hotel past patrons or up a back lane to the external staircase at the rear.

Very comfy bedroom with a fabulous hot shower and obliging staff.Terrific cooked breakfast - the silliest scrambled eggs I have ever had!

Stairs only no lift. Watching a man urinate on a car in the car park as we parked car (tyre) in front of him. Loud and rude group of people staying in room ?15 on the first flight of stairs. Must be 18 over to watch a live show (taylor swift). Bar shuts too early especially after a live show on a Saturday night. Toilet ran water, but I fixed it . There is possibly a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom/toilet

Outside staircase which could be slippery in the rain. Luckily it didn't rain while we were there.

Good size room with very comfortable beds. Decor is a little tired but everything was provided in the way of towels and soaps. Great location, just across from the main shopping mall. Free parking included. Breakfast was included and was ample to set you up for the day.

Noise!! Functions while trying to sleep - made sleeping impossible for some of our group. We couldn’t listen to our own tv without being overpowered by doof doof thumping loud music and noise. Didn’t realise we had to walk up stairs and looking at photos did think there were balconies for some rooms.

Breakfast was good, staff had trouble understanding some requests though. Dog was cute - I gave him my sausage but saw other diners looking at the dog as if it shouldn’t have been in there. I can understand that but I love animals :)

Nothing to add as I liked the atmosphere at this hotel

I had a single room which was clean and also quiet. I had tea in the dining room and the service was quick and the meal was as requested -small parmagina. The breakfast was in a different location so it was informal which suited me. The bacon and scramble eggs was a suprise packet as it was great compared to breakfasts I have had DOME. The check in and check out were handled in a smooth and quick manner which was appreciated. They had my details when I checked in so it was carried out in a few minutes. Well done.

Room 15 has no windows at all just a sky light. The room not having a window and a bit rough in required a paint job, plus the exit door to the block was right outside which was noisy.

We couldn't find the parking place at first, because its located at the back and is tricky to get to.

The breakfast was good. They asked what we wanted to have and got what we ordered.

Breakfast wasn't on time as per the Website.

The website said breakfast will be served from 7am, but the next morning our tradies waited until 7:15am and no one in sight. Finally the got hold of someone and they were told that breakfast will be served after 8am. Very Disappointing, because it was one of the reasons we booked with the Hotel. Our tradies had no choice but to leave to get breakfast on the go.

Cleaning and hygiene. Had requested for bed sheet change and emptying the bin but wasn't when we came back in the evening. After complaining they send someone and get the bin changed, tidy up the bed but the room was not cleaned and bed sheet were not changed. We only request to change bed sheet in one bed where my little girl made some mesh but it wasn't changed. Staff were friendly and well behaving. Overall stay was good.

Location wise it is the best place to stay with cheap price with breakfast included. Breakfast was ok.
