The checkin instructions caused me some confusion possibly because I was viewing them from an iPhone rather than a larger iPad or laptop? This caused a series of errors whereby I didn’t notice a ‘start’ button at the rear of the screen that would have provided clearer checkin information and photos. We arrived at the property thinking we could use the codes provided to gain access to the apartment & underground parking. After much confusion we identified that we had to leave the property to locate an office which was about 20+ mins away (making this an unsuitable choice for people who do not drive). Once at the office we were faced with an office attendee who directed us to a lockbox. Due to not having identified the correct instructions we only retrieved one key not realising that there was a second lockbox containing the Carpark fob. We Returned to the property and realised we did not have Carpark access. This error occurred even though we had the office attendee with us at the lockboxes. After consulting with MyComfy staff on the telephone we eventually realised the error and drove back to the office to retrieve the Carpark fob so we could eventually access the garage! After a six hour drive this was stressful & exhausting. Although, MyComfy staff were available via ‘chat’ it was very frustrating to be told over and over to simply use the fob when we didn’t actually have a fob & hadn’t realised the error at collection point. MyComfy didn’t pick up that vital piece of information despite multiple chats and emails. Eventually the MyComfy staff on the telephone call was able to work through the instructions to identify the miscommunication. Also, when we eventually gained access to the Carpark it was extremely steep, we had a 4WD but if we had brought our other car there may have been issues. Anyhow, all is well that ends well and the apartment and central location were great.

Stylish, very clean and comfortable. A very central location. Both bedrooms had access to their own bathroom (one with ensuite) and the other a separate bathroom. Lots of space and privacy between the two bedrooms as they were located at opposite ends of the apartment. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Located right on the doorstep of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Only a ten minute walk to a great shopping centre.

The only think which went wrong during out stay was that the lift broke down so it was a bit tricky getting in and out of the building and up and down the stairs. This is not really the fault of anyone involved in renting out the accomodation but the landlord / body corporate should have responded quickly. It was still broken when we left. It was also slightly annoying to have to collect the keys from a location away from the apartment - we were lucky we had a car to do this in.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space including a lovely balcony. The location in the centre of Canberra was excellent.

There were no additional blankets for the beds and although it wasn't cold, I probably would have used as a topper if they were available. There was no microwave which didn't bother me this time but I would recommend a small one be bought and slotted in the pantry where there is a power point. I usually like to travel with heat bags and you need a microwave for that.

Location is excellent - step out the front and you are so close to cafe's, restaurants and a short stroll to Canberra Central shopping precinct. Apartment is spacious and balcony was huge and a great place to sit out and enjoy the space.

No dishwashing liquid for handwashing, drying rack or tea towel, and no tablets for the dishwasher. Carpark had very poor visibility of numbers in parking bays and took us quite a while to find it. Quite noisy from street and flat above (dragging chairs, stomping around etc)

Location was great. It’s a nice little flat but wouldn’t recommend for a young family

The only downside was the procedure for confirming ID with the third party property management company, thought it was a little strange to need a selfie of you holding your ID. I understand the need for providing ID, but when I regularly book accomodation through booking.com. it was a little frustrating to have to provide this.

The apartment is stylish, well maintained and very clean. It is situated in a perfect location for exploring the restaurants, bars and boutique shopping of Canberra. Indoor parking was a bonus!
