Just heads up, make sure you bring bug repellent. I woke up to several little bites that were itchy and annoying, but not a big deal. I do wish I had taken some repellent.

I came for the rainforest experience and I was not disappointed. Especially having breakfast on the balcony watching the Ulysses butterflies and hearing the birds. The Cabin itself was cute, clean and comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. It's so close to many tourist locations such as wrights lookout (literally at the end of the driveway) Barron falls, butterfly sanctuary birdworld and koala Park.

Location is excellent as situated in the rainforest and close to Kuranda, Barron Falls and walks. Apartment was superb, spacious and had stunning views. Kitchen had all we needed.

The location was peaceful. The owners were friendly and respectful of privacy. Everything was easy to find and labelled in the kitchen. The coffee was delicious and having a real coffee machine to use was fantastic.

There are no real negatives to speak of from my stay, I loved it.

A very special location within walking distance of the epic Baron falls (I could hear the cascading water from the property as it was wet season). Even though you're right in the midst of the rainforest the property is bathed in sunshine most of the day. I saw a kangaroo, wild bore, a huge monitor lizard and some of the most stunning butterflies I've ever witnessed. If you like nature then it doesn't get much better. Thank you Frank and Ozo for sharing your little piece of paradise with the world.

nothing really. took the meal option provided by Osa which was really tasty. the driveway could be interesting for a larger car in the rain, but really not a problem.

breakfast was exactly what I needed plus percolated coffee with barron falls in the background, what more can you ask for. Fridge was filled with initial needs, butter, milk, coffee etc. 5 minute walk down to barron falls, with the rainy season in full swing-spectacular.

only negative (and a small one) is that continental breakfast is listed as included. was expecting meats cheese etc with juice. not some frozen bread and Vegemite. not a massive issue but one that perhaps could be looked at.

the accommodation was spacious and the setting was serene. The option to have meals provided was well worth taking up. The dinner Oza prepared for us was delicious.

Just a bit of a difficult drive to the accomadation. But after a couple of times it was not too bad.

It would have been nice to have been told about the location at the time of booking. A tad difficult to find and drive to but we found it.

It was quite hard to reach, as the driveway was in poor shape, and we were pretty hot at night. The kitchen had many ants - it’s the rainforest! And we struggled with no internet use.

Frank was there waiting for us upon arrival - to show us around (he lives there, too!). The property was incredibly secluded and right in the National park. There was no shortage of greenery or wildlife. There was a well written guidebook for local walks, trips and tours.

It would of been nice to park the car undercover, due to the rain.

The beautiful surrounds, getting back with nature. The sounds of the frogs and other creatures amongst the rain. It was a home away from home.
