Air conditioning wasn’t great - be ware if it’s hot during your stay. Rooms were really nice but snug for a family of four. Coffee was bad, but plenty of places very close by for your morning caffeine.

Reception and concierge staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good (included in our room rate- probably a bit pricey otherwise). Free in house movies on demand was great for our family. Being walking distance to the tram was good. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Rundle Mall (shopping) and Rundle Street (eating) Pool & gym were good but crowded during the 5-6pm rush.

The service need improving. I had problem with the pillows in my room…. It took me three phone calls and all day to ask for the pillows to be replaced. Eventually it was replaced at 10.30pm. .

All was fine. However, as my wife and I were not feeling well, we did not have the breakfast that was pre-paid. We had our car with us at the hotel and I asked reception if we could have the car fee waivered in place of the 2 breakfasts we did not have. I was disappointed to be told that this was not possible and subsequently paid the car park fee. It was a lovely stay but this final incident left me feeling disappointed.

I liked the location as it was walking distance to Festival Theatre. Staff were friendly loved the decor and facilities of the hotel. The room was terrific although i would have preferred not to be looking straight onto the car park. Shower facilities were terrific.

I was dissatisfied with the coffee on January 5th and 6th, 2024. The barista did not provide a pleasant coffee-making experience. Coffee holds significant importance for me. On the 5th, I received just milk without coffee, and on the 6th, the barista served a spoiled milk almond latte. I apologize for bringing this to your attention, as coffee plays a crucial role in starting our mornings. However, I must commend the exceptional coffee I enjoyed on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 – it was the best.

The view was atrocious. We could only see a multi-level parking from our windows. We had to have the blinds closed the whole time so much so that we wanted to get out of the room more than anything. Wouldn't have been a problem for a night or two but after a couple of nights it was beyond bearable. The gym is also relatively small but workable.

From the time we arrived we felt welcome. The check in experience was easy and our bags were in the room by the time we could complete checkin. Very quick. The staff were friendly and helped us with directions to the parking area. The rooms were clean and made up every day. Room service was quick and this was even during the holiday period. Quite and location wise couldn't be better. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all within walking distance.

A bit disappointed as having to pay $6 for a bottle of water if I wanted one - most of the other Hotels we have stayed in the City supply this gratis!! Suffice to say, we didn't have one! Furthermore, when we came to pay, a $50 Surcharge had been added to our account, possibly for parking - we deliberately came by bus to save having to drive & park! Thankfully this was removed. The receptionist then said perhaps the $50 was for a room upgrade - NOT SO - we had the room that we had booked via Booking.com. This was removed, but was not what I was expecting!

It waas very convenient for what we needed to do and see.

The pillows were really soft and the pillows we wanted off the menu weren't available. No towels in the pool area 2 days in a row.

The facilities were amazing, and we still got to enjoy them, with that being said. The pool and jacuzzi was quite crowded and loud. There was nobody there to tell people not to jump into the pool which several kids AND adults did. It would be really nice to have someone there to watch over the pool and spa. We had to tell a strangers child not to jump in the jacuzzi as it was dangerous. I feel like young children should not be allowed in the jacuzzi unless supervised/ accompanied by a parent. We stayed in the jacuzzi/pool for only 20 minutes. We would’ve loved to stay longer because of the facilities you have available that are amazing, but it was too loud as children were yelling and it was stressful, which was the opposite of what I believe the hotel facilities are for. There are signs about no jumping, but they were ignored. Nothing was enforced. Nothing bad to stay about the staff there they were lovely. We’re so sorry for sounding like Karen’s!!

We liked the size of the bathtub and the bed was huge! The room was very very clean, huge and had an amazing view of Adelaide, they let us stay until 12 to checkout, very very lovely. It was absolutely amazing. The staff followed through with my request for the birthday surprise, so nice and considerate. The concierge -who’s name escapes us- was the epitome of customer service. Kind, efficient, above and beyond. You have wonderful people working at your front desk and I hope that you give them a raise! Even the cleaners were friendly and nice. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about the service, the room the price. It was amazing. Thank you!

The hotel didn’t have a parking park with attached in the building so we have to park at the mall, it’s nearby but there’s a few of people who like shout and have a weird behaviour so we didn’t feel secure enough
