How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The reception desk was understaffed and the staff present appeared to be new to the job & a little awkward. Nobody was rude but it felt a little off & was less efficient than most 4/5 Star hotels. Nothing to truly complain about though.
Comfy beds, modern bathroom, good value room for a nearby event at Olympic Park. The Doorman was incredibly knowledgable, professional and friendly with regard to check in and parking information. Good meal at Bacar.

Restaurant had limited options for dinner. Very crowded for breakfast.

Coffee machine and snacks on the counter were dusty. There was also hair in the shower from a previous guest.

The room is fine, just not up to the standard of a $420/night room with $55 parking and $42 breakfast. Furnishings were tired and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. (note, this room price would be more expensive than normal due to an event, but why else would you want to stay at Olympic Park? $340/night is standard price... still too high.)
It was once an amazing hotel, I am sure, but not reflective of the price we paid. It was a great location for events, and helpful and courteous staff, and the beds were very comfortable.

They said they’d upgraded us but gave my daughter and I a king bed instead of twin. I love her but don’t want to share a bed with her!
Beds are super comfy and for hotel next door to a major event you couldn’t ask for more! We choose this one every time.

With breakfast the eatery area the way it's set up the room way It's designed only just have to go around here and around there. Plus first time there couldn't find cereal walked around and around otherwise food was great. Maybe just used to set ups elsewhere way set set In the lounge area where sit for a coffee, a snack from the menu or drink just too cold coming from the vents straight to head actially feel very cold . We kept moving until realised could sit near window Overall would stay again for sure anything comes up for an event near by
This is our first time @ the Pullman as we normally stay at the Novotel across the road thought try it. We attended the HAUSER Concert @ Qudoa Bank Arena My husband says much cosier the room more relaxing, bed was very comfortable & pillows . Bathroom nice and big tub. Loved the basin much lower easier to use not so high Looking at size of pillows not seen in hotel like that before as was worried wouldn't sleep but actually slept well Compared to somewhere hotels I started taking my own but not this time to see Breakfast was very good . Good range they even ask you as included in price would you like poached egg or any way as they have scrambled on buffet. Even saw people having omelettes. Coffees Included in price from coffee machine. Close to Qudos Bank Arena walking distance so good and other events Overall we would stay again for sure

Excellent Location, so close to events. Very comfy beds, spacious, clean and modern rooms. Facilites were fantastic. Staff were very helpful and happy. Overall experience was Great.

Only 1 pillow per bed and a 1 big square pillow. pillow to high. No good when 2 people are in the same bed

Room Location this time was close to lift shaft which was noisy for part of the night.
Location close to the venue we were attending. Valet parking was convenient. Reception desk staff were helpful

I found the staff in the restaurant at dinner time to be on the rude side. One particular woman was rolling her eyes, and didn’t seem to deal well with stress. The breakfast staff were much friendlier.
Great location to attend the round 0 of afl, and close to the locker room hotel which we enjoyed. The check in staff were great.
