Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaRoom service took over an hour to arrive and then the burger was stone cold - not even a hint of warmth. Paying $100 for a cold meal is a big red mark in my books. Other than that in general the room seems designed for a single person. A welcomed table for dining in room - but only one chair. Glasses of different kinds and sizes but only one of each - sharing a bottle of wine one had to use a smaller glass than the other. Powerpoint next to the bed for a charger on one side, not the other.
The room is big and quite nice but it's like it's designed for a single person. Good location mins from teh train station and the various arenas.

AustraliaThe only thing I was abit upset about was the shower and bath. The shower stream was really slow, so we couldn’t even enjoy a shower alone, let alone together … The other thing was the bath, for some reason when you fill the bath it slowly trickles out through the drain, so the bath keeps going to half full, and you can’t just lie there and enjoy it. Other than that, it was an amazing experience!
The staff at Pullman are absolutely fantastic, the facility was amazing and just overall an excellent experience! The food is fantastic!! I love that you can call reception and have different/extra pillows brought to your room for free, and even though there was no streaming services that you could log into on the TV, there was an excellent choice of free movies, and TV shows!

AustraliaI accidentally left some of our prize certificates from the events our club competed in on Saturday in my hotel room. We went to the hotel on the Sunday evening when I realised that’s what I’d done but no one could help us as ‘housekeeping had gone home’. I called the following morning to enquire after them. I was told housekeeping would be notified and someone would get back to me. Three hours later I hadn’t heard anything so I called again and was told the same thing. Again nothing so I called again four hours later. I spoke to a different member of staff who told me that yes the certificates were there and had been logged into lost property and I could come and collect them. My daughter drove several suburbs to pick them up 2 hours later only to be told they were not there. I would have expected better from a 4.5 star hotel. This seems to be a very simple matter to me but the amount of inconvenience is ridiculous. Yes I should have been more careful but hotel staff should have been able to deal with this matter far more efficiently. Furthermore the certificates clearly look like important documents and should not have been just disposed of by housekeeping staff. I expected better from a hotel that I’ve stayed at more times than I can count.
The property is conveniently located for my daughters and I when we are attending physical culture events at the QuayCentre which we do on most weekends in November every year. Usually our stays are very enjoyable.

Great customer service. Room had a coffee machine and the bed was super comfortable! The bathroom was luxurious and products were very nice - always great to have liquid soap instead of bars. Thank you for a great weekend!
