We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe stayed in room 213 Room need a lift. Blinds didn’t close completely and opposite the bed that’s not good. No hand shower Pillows too high Breakfast .. you get the sun straight in your face They should put some shutters to block the morning sun. It’s not a five star hotel.

AustraliaThe rooms are a bit tired in places - but that did not affect our stay The breakfast area was very busy and we couldn’t get a table … eventually we got one indoors in full sun-not very pleasant.
The resort is beautifully, located right at Bunker Bay beach; The breakfast buffet is really really good, great choice of healthy food as well as the usual options of eggs, pancakes etc Despite the fact that the resort was extremely busy, our room was a quiet retreat; it was located close to the ocean and could hear the waves! Lovely staff The pool is heated

AustraliaThe pool bar wine and cocktail list is limited and two of the cocktails were also out of stock. When you have a beautiful pool with a bar, you often want a cocktail. Room service menu also limited.
The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. I received a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday which was such a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. 11am checkout time is great.

AustraliaThere is a serious problem with ants. This is the second time we have stayed at Pullman in a year and both times, the kitchen was invaded by ants. I opened the dishwasher one morning and it was completely full of ants (not a few ants, hundreds) The kitchen is not well stocked. For a 5 star property, this is disappointing. There is limited cutlery and crockery, no serving plates, one tea towel. We travelled as a group with family and had to run back and forth between villas to get cutlery / crockery. There is also no dish drying rack, which when you need to wash up so regularly is frustrating.

Beautiful location with very well appointed and spacious Studio Villa. A short walk to the restaurant, pool and beach. Very quiet and peaceful at night. The buffet breakfast was fresh with a wide variety of choices. Meals at the Other Side of the Moon Restaurant was great too, definitely recommend a booking there. Overall a great stay and a highlight of our travels through the south of WA.
