Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaMore bar staff in the evening as there was only 1 bar person and there were a lot of rugby teams and supporters there after the games. That was the only thing I could mention.
Location was excellent, facilities could not be faulted and staff great. Went for the Rugby and only had to walk 1.5kms. Would definitely recommend this property and location to anyone travelling to Melbourne.

AustraliaOnly one mirror in the bathroom was suitable for doing makeup as the others in the room had brown tints and odd lighting. This made it difficult for more than one of us to get ready. We also ordered room service one day and it arrived an hour early (waking us) and was not cooked to specifications (e.g. poached eggs ordered soft arrived fully hard boiled)
The room was good and the staff were amazing, they went out of their way to help accommodate. The room and hotel generally felt very expensive and luxurious but did not cost too much.

AustraliaI did have a cricket (bug) in my room that starting making noises at 6am and that was pretty crappy. But apparently there was a plague of them in Melbourne, so not necessarily the hotels fault.
Beautiful hotel, super close to the MCG. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities.
