Location for airport great, took taxi to airport, easy. Delicious meal, sat in bar area and ordered from restaurant as hadn’t booked, no problem. Bed exceptionally comfortable.Only problem was the doona on bed, far too short for bed, husband 6’4 and had to sleep diagonally. Very much a disappointment. Other, staff very pleasant especially doorman and porter.

The pillows were poor quality with foam inserts which detracted from the quality of sleep and as a consequence the overall experience of the stay.

Room size was a pleasant surprise - lots of space. The room was spotlessly clean and toiletries were of a good quality and standard. The meal options whether the bar menu or the full restaurant menu were excellent and provided a good choice for all tastes and pockets. We opted for the bar menu which was served promptly and was both good value and quality.

Property was great! However didn’t realise room service was via the app so Champaign nearly 2hrs to be delivered to the room. Breakfast was delish however staff were very confused at time for coffee orders nor were they prompt. But in saying that I will go again cause I’m sure language was a barrier.

Fantastic, location was great for a quick Uber to Newtown.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and service was very slow, there was also no kids menu or child friendly meals on the menu. The food took ages to come out and things were missing. The room was pretty small for a family of 4 in a twin room.

Great proximity to the airport and a nice atmosphere in the common areas. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

They were just really busy probably for Pink concert. Room was set up for 2 people buy the booking was for 4 people, I asked for extra towels glasses etc, had to call back an hour later, then another 45mins after. Extra towels still didn't arrive before we left, I advised staff I would be disappointed if we can't have a shower on return because towels had not arrived and to their credit the towels were there when we returned 5hrs later.

If you like a hotel to have a decent restaurant and a comfortable bar, this is not the best choice. While the restaurant will get you fed, the surroundings and ambiance, especially in the bar, was second rate. They seem to have spent money on making the place dark and “fake cool”, and they should have spent it on creating a more comfortable space.

We reached the hotel just before midnight, and were relieved to find that it was still open and we were given an executive room right away. We had a long flight back from Honolulu and desperately wanted to hit the bed asap, the night staff took less time and helped us get the room without much delay. The front office staff (morning shift), Sagita, was courteous, eager to help, and very professional. She helped me avail a late check out. During our buffet breakfast, we were looked after by Sujata, who was very enthusiastic and helped us select the food and also got us get coffee & tea. We loved interacting with her and appreciated her hospitality.

I was told they had a shuttle. They don't. They use a commercial shuttle service which carted me all around the place for 30mins, left me to put my suitcase into the trailer and retrieve ir myself over other people's luggage on arrival. Then they charge my $12! 😡

The rude attitude of the desk attendant. Not only was his accent hard to understand but he was argumentative and would not listen to what the customer (me) was telling him. We came very late at night due to the cruise ship docking at 8pm and woke up at 5.30am to take the shuttle at 6.10am to the airport (breakfast was served from 6am) We were a party of 14 and 3 had bought breakfast at $32 each before we got a notification that Qantas had cancelled our flight and rebooked us on an earlier flight which means that the 3 could not have their breakfast. The desk attendant refused to refund their $96 saying that it was part of the package they bought (meaning accommodation and breakfast) Extremely poor customer service
