Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel is nice, well located and good professionals. I thank very much the upgrade, otherwise it would not be possible to sleep - originally i could hear all the other rooms around me - soundproof is absolutely zero. The other room was great and I had a great time.

AustraliaIt was evident that around the lobby, breaky area and in our room their was some much need up grades. Parts felt old and worn. The hotel felt a little old and dated Bathroom had a broken towel rail, chipped tiles and marks on the walls or chipped paint. Bathroom in general was quite dated.

Great breakfast, but take a sweater because it can be a bit chilly because of the AC and try to go later because it might be busy. A big thank you to the staff who let us stay on the roof top terrace after we checked out awaiting the time we had to leave to the airport.

United KingdomOnly that there was confusion over whether the breakfast was included. If I hadn’t had confirmation in an email, I would have had to pay extra. However, the staff were really helpful and sorted out the mistake very quickly so don’t let this put you off. The Hotel is really good value for the location.
Location was perfect! 20 min walk to Harbour bridge/Sydney opera house. Superior room was really spacious and had the most incredible view of Hyde park and the skyscrapers at night! Magical! Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. We also had room service one evening and couldn’t fault the service, food or price. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Just one thing to look out for is to check if Breakfast is included. When we booked with Booking.com, it didn’t mention breakfast so I enquired directly to Pullman Hydepark where they confirmed it was included. We arrived to check in and were told that it wasn’t included in the price! Luckily I had the email correspondence showing the reply from Pullman so it was honoured. I would definitely go back and would recommend the location for visiting the main sites.

AustraliaOur room needed repainting especially the doors and skirtings. They were chipped and paint peeling in places. The splashback under the sink in the bathroom was grimy as was the huge smudge on the mirrored glass in the bedroom. The lounge was so deep it needed more cushions so that my short legs could have reached the floor. The nice time we had on our weekend way out shone these few negatives .I just think for the price it was a little lack lustre.
The room was spacious, the view was fantastic, the fruit platter was a nice touch, the bed was comfortable and the assortment of pillows ( ranging from puffy to more flat) was also considerate.
