Room was small, reception wasn't staffed, bedding was light on, as were amenities generally.

Location was convenient for our purposes. Car parking was also convenient

Couldn’t close window in room, even with assistance form receptionist, and because these appartments are in Dandenong CBD and close to train station. the noise was intrusive and made a nights sleep very difficult. Had to request remote control for TV (seems they are regularly removed from the rooms to reduce theft). No milk in fridge for tea or coffee.

Room was located at the back of the property which was quite noisy (trains and traffic). Window didn’t close tightly so that may have been a factor. Some signs of wear and tear.

Spacious room with basic kitchen facilities. Great cafe downstairs. Convenient for event we were attending and so helpful to have parking onsite.

No TV remote and the TV was very small. Train crossing signals continuous from 5.00am. Even with the window closed the signals could be heard clearly. The toilet seat was very loose and not fixed in position.

The beds need to be changed. We didn’t sleep at all because the beds were uneven- not flat. Insufficient milk & sugar for 4 guests to make coffee or tea.

There was no breakfast. Just found tithe location central & close to shops.

No signage on outside of the building we drove past it 2 times the building looked shut down and very unkept. When we did walk in to see if it was the correct place, No staff in reception, we had to wait for some one after we called the AH number to be booked in. No service in the room, we stayed 4 nights used the same 2 towels would have been nice to have had a couple extra ones. Also no milk or coffee after the first 1 cup ea, should have had more in the room. Not enough seating in the room, 1 computer chair and 1 easy chair both very hard needs a couch in the room, had to sit on the bed. No TV remote in room, we had to tune in the TV before we could use it and manually get up and change the channels and volume every time. Very noisy at night trains with squeaky brakes every 1/2 hr stopping at the station.

Room was clean enough on arrival. The night lights view from window at night was nice. Nice size comfortable bed.

The shower and toilet were really very dirty. The kitchenette and bathroom areas had a really bad smell of sewer😥. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room due to our busy schedule.

The room was dirty. Some of the furniture had huge stains on it. The dooner had no cover on it and looked like it had been really old and over used more of a brown colour then white. There were not enough bin facilities in the room it’s self

The location is perfect and near the loop station. The room is spacious and you have everything that you need.

Used tissues and q tips in bedside draw cigarette stains in carpet,. No balcony when stated in contract, gym had awful smell, bin room was unkept, keycard was barely functional, no parking was included. Lack of toiletries when specifically asked for extra, other function besides cool did not work on air conditioner, the guest wifi could not stream anything and the only staff member that I spoke to had no idea about the facilities of the building and it seemed as though there was no other staff on the switch in the bathroom was exposing wires and the bedroom light switches were arranged in a way that didn't make sense to the light placement, mould in the toilet bowl
