Last time we came to the blue mountains, we stayed in Katoomba but found ourselves heading to Blackheath a lot (for walks, cafes and eateries) so we decided to stay there this time. The tourist park owners were SO welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our tent to a family one free of charge, and when we realised we had a flat tyre they pumped it up and gave us advice about where to go for a new one- so kind! The tents were great, very close to the amenities and we did not have any issues with light shining onto our tent as I have seen in the reviews. The beds are REALLY comfy. We were worried as it was to be as low at 6 degrees at night whilst we were there but with an extra layer on, we all slept amazingly! Highly recommend!

The tent kinda smells like mold, so be aware especially if you are allergic

The tent is such a great vibe! It’s super comfy, bathrooms are nice and clean, location is great. The little houses are equipped with everything you may need, clean and simple. Check in was super smooth even though we arrived way after hours

For what we wanted - somewhere to spend the night after long walks it was perfect

We had one of the chalets which was very comfortable and spacious. Great location with a 20 min walk through the park to the high street with a number of great eateries. Will remember to bring swimming gear next time - there is a great swimming pool in the park.

Cabin very modern and comfortable, quite ,nice furnishings, we are a couple but it also had a 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of bunks,this was a Banksia cabin, swam at pool across the road (check opening hours),went to Ho's Chinese restaurant in Blackheath for dinner which was great.

Booking was reserved for $160 and suddenly they increased price to $190 which is very bad experience. One of our family couldnt make it. No refund was made and other tent were not given.

Amenities. Neat and tidy, location, camping / Glamping arrangements, barbeque, laundry everything well arranged and maintained. Great place to stay and spend with family and friends.

Flood lights from the cabins shone directly at our tent at night.

The flood light shinning directly onto our tent made it difficult to sleep. Our youngest woke up early and thought it was daytime so didn't go back to bed. We spoke to the people at reception who informed us that it was a council requirement to have it which we understand however maybe finding a way to block that light out of the tent would make for a more enjoyable stay

The tent was big enough for a family of 4. We were close to the kitchen and amenities which was helpful with 2 young children.

The shower and toilets are pretty far from the tent area and this facility is really cold.

The glam tent itself is incredible,, it's stylish and spacious, the bed is comfy, nice that there is outdoor furniture right Infront of the tent

There wasn't a support on the bed for the pillows and they fell off the bed, while you were sleeping.

Great location. The park is near the forest. There were nice walks around. The tent was very comfortable. The bed was very soft.

Glamping tent was a wonderful way to enjoy a night under canvas, but with a very comfortable bed and without needing to bring all my own camping gear.

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There is a playground opposite to the park, and my son had much fun playing there. Spacious room with a well suited kitchen. Very clean. Easy checkin and checkout.

The new glamping tent were great! Very clean, tidy, and nice furniture. Perfect temp over night. Comes with padlock for extra security! Perfect value for money.
