The television is in the lounge room wasn;t working so we had a couple of nights without it before someone came to fix it. The pool was difficult to get to - had to use a fire escape to get back from the pool to the apartments, also the key to get from the life into the pool area often idd not work and I almost got locked in the glassed area between the life and the door, as the key wouldn't;t work and the life didn't;t work from the outside.

Very very minor but the wifi didn't work when you went down the hallway but we had our own roaming plans. Yes, the carpet was stained in spots but it didn't detract from everything else supplied. The green and white lights to the stairwell were very bright but you can just close the door 🙂

The view was exceptional. Especially having the table and chairs to sit and relax on. Kitchen area and cooking equip/utensils were of high quality. Beds were soft and the double bed in master bedroom almost seemed as big as a king? Loved the rubbish chute from the room. Private and secure access to underground parking. Full fridge and freezer. Having a dishwasher was awesome. Dryer and washing machine were handy after a day at the waterparks. Had glass ware and plastic ware for adults and kids. Storage everywhere. Having 2 heat pumps for each area that cooled or warmed each space was A++. Even though at first having direct access from elevator to room was weird, it worked for me and my family. Just entering your apartment and dropping the keys on the table was a win for us 🙂

Some minor maintenance issues: tap in kitchen and cupboards in hallway.

Location is superb. It's like having a front row seat at a show; spectacular view of the ocean and there's always something happening. The manager is very friendly and helpful; great communication.

The pool is very basic. It doesn’t get much sun so always feels freezing cold. Great if you like taking ice baths.

Would have loved a coffee machine! And it's normal, but the pool wasn't heated and was too cold to use (at Easter).

The location was brilliant, straight across from the beach. The apartment was clean, fresh and had amazing views to the sea. It had all the basics including good cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery, lots of storage. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con etc all great. Huge TV in main room. Great outdoor dining and lounge on the balcony. There were even two beach umbrellas and chairs which were great. The lift took us to our section of the whole floor to ourselves.

Lift opens into your apartment, took a little getting used to. The reception is only open for a few hours each weekday.

Pure Kirra, is in a great location, walk to restaurants and lots of small boutique shops, about a 15 minutes coastal walk to Woolies in Coolangatta. Beach across road, bus stop close. Had an apartment with full beach view.

I haven't stayed in an apartment before that had direct access to 2 lots of fire stairs (usually they are outside the door near elevators, but these elevators open directly into your room). We had to be really careful with our toddler so that he didn't go out the doors as they couldn't be opened from the outside (security). It was a very minor inconvenience to the trip and, had there been an emergency we definitely would have appreciated the direct access!

Great location in North Kirra, few really good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very quiet, didn't hear any noises from the road or other apartments. It was quite big and felt like we had enough space.

Unfortunately for my partner and I. The main bed mattress wasn't suitable for our needs. But that is the only negative comment we can make. Thanks for having us .

The manager peter was awesome, i had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely will recommend these apartments. Exceptinal service perfect location it is the best stay i have had on the gold cosst. I wish i was still there.

Location and apartment met all requirements. Peter the Building manager does a brilliant job taking care of his guests during their stay. Will definitely be coming back for my next holiday

Last year we pointed out that the kitchen tap was loose. Twelve months later it was still the same. The windows latch in the second bedroom were unable to be used. The room booked through Booking.com was different to the room we were expecting from booking.com.

This is our second time to Pure Kirra. Its location is very good. Facilities are good. We had the same room both times.

I liked everything about the location it was a lovely apartment, if I had a small negative it would be access to the pool and bbq, it was a little disjointed but it worked.
