In preparing for possible after hours check in, I emailed identifying documents to reception on their request. I would have liked confirmation of receipt and assurance about the email being deleted to minimise my ID being sent elsewhere or used inappropriately. Access to my room was upstairs with no lift, which was awkward with my suitcase, but manageable. I was offered assistance with my luggage but declined the offer. A guess was smoking in a main walkway outside and smoke was noticeable in my room and on coming and going from my room.

Reception staff were proactive in contacting me regarding my arrival which was much appreciated as my flight was delayed. Check in was simple and the room was adequate. Breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. Check out was simple and straightforward.

I wish all the function facilities were in the ground floor, as it was hard climbing the stairs as a woman with Multiple Sclerosis.

The bathroom fan didn't actually do much i.e. the mirror was steamed up after using the shower.

Clean, comfy and everything we needed for an overnight stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, as was the lady at the Reception desk on our arrival.

The accomodation had a lot of stairs and no lift so can be a little difficult with the luggage. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant for any solo travellers. No one came for my order and after 15mins ,I had to go place my order myself. Food was good but I was pretty much ignored the whole evening by the staff. Didn't even get served water. The staff was asking tables nearby if everything was ok and if they needed anything else.

The reception (Ben) was really friendly. The room was awesome, both clean and spacious. The bed had heating on which helped a lot. The location is close by to restaurants and bars. When I checked out, they let me keep my luggage in a room while I could roam around the city since I had a bit of time for my flight.

We came back to our room on day two to find the bed was unmade, we had no towels or bathmats, the wine glasses and coffee cups had not been replaced (maybe it was someone new on the job)!!

The only negative is taking a copy of my drivers licence and using my credit card. I used Paypal so you wouldn't have my bank card. We all know you all only care about profit and then play the victim card when Russia inevitably hacks into your systems. I don't need a drivers licence to evacuate a building in a fire and I am not going to wait around for anybody to check my photo off from a list. Therefore there is no reason for you to have either.

There are some things that probably nothing can be done about - lack of fresh air was one. The one window that opened was small and waist height and cars parked nose-up against it so I didnt feel I could leave it open all night. The bathroom was pretty cramped and definitely could only fit one person at a time.

I loved the good lighting, the number of power points, that there was an armchair and a table with chairs. The hot water was great, and I felt like every effort has been made for the client's comfort. Staff were all outstanding - they could not have been friendlier or more efficient. The food was really good, and the location is fantastic.

I travelled from Stanley with a young couple and their 5 year old daughter in a luxury caravan - they booked me in to your hotel not realising that at aged 91, stairs and steps may be a problem and this may well have been a problem but for the kindness of the staff.

Hotel reception not very friendly (one person on duty Sunday morning in particular) The afternoon receptionist very helpful to an elderly person. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful indeed, particularly the young 16 year old who kindly escorted me from the restaurant, down a flight of stairs to my room was particularly kind.
