Forget about the wifi. No good. They need a few starlinks or something. It was unuseable slow. My room had a very dank smell when left locked through the day. Had to open the door to the balcony and turn the AC on every time I got home. o cleaning or rubbish removal on weekends.

Room was large and lots of powerpoints. The fridge has a working freezer as well. N

A last minute decision to stay here due to much up with another booking. The motel is fine and would most likely stay here again. Our experience that night unfortunately was shaped by 4 very rowdy drunk young guys in the room opposite who partied on till 3 in the morning keeping us and neighbours awake. Police were eventually called. Reported to management next day who were very supportive and offered to refund the cost of our accommodation for the night. So BIG thumbs up to them!! Many thanks.

I think for what it was it was expensive.It really needs work on it.The bathroom very dated.Stains on the chair and a stain on my bed quilt.

The one thing I did not like was the stairs to the second floor where our room was. It was 2 flights of stairs which was a huge pain to lug the suitcase and other things up and down. The stairs are at one end, room was down at the other side. If you are disabled, have a few pieces of luggage, or if your suitcase is heavy you will definitely want to get a ground floor room. My only other small complaint was that there were 3 of us and only 2 towels and one washcloth. The office was “closed” for the night to get more.

It was clean and great for an overnight rest while on our road trip from Gympie to Sydney. The price was quite reasonable. There were a few little extras that you don’t usually find at these smaller inns. There were 4 chilled glasses in the fridge (2 wine & 2 standard) along with 2 complimentary cold bottles of water, and milk for the coffee. They have actual coffee mugs and a good jug. There were also a few free bikkies and plenty of Moccona coffee and Bundaberg sugar. Hair dryer, blankets, and extra pillows in the wardrobe. The room was spacious enough for me, my husband, and 12 yr old son. The TV has Netflix already on it (family friendly shows) and your other standard channels. The beds weren’t amazing but comfortable enough. The air conditioning worked great. The bathroom had a standard shower with shampoo, conditioner, & soap dispensers and the sink area has hand soap, lotion, and shaving cream dispensers. The towels were surprisingly really, really good! They weren’t big, thick plush towels but they just sucked the water right off of you. There was just enough parking. The staff was very friendly, nice lobby, and snacks/drinks available for purchase. There is a continental breakfast available for $15/person which we passed on. it. There are plenty of places to eat around the corner. A swimming pool is available but unfortunately we did not have time to use it. We had planned on stopping at Coffs Harbour for the night for our trip but had to pull off early because we were too tired. So glad we did!! We’ll definitely make this hotel our stop-over now for our future road trips.

I am not sure if the restaurant was open, also not sure if breakfast COULD have been provided so a bit more information about that would have been good.

Great location, room was comfortable. I was more than happy with my stay. I just needed a room as I was there for work. better than I expected.

I booked for 2 standard rooms one of the rooms have microwave, toaster and plates but the other room only tea/coffee making facilities, I would have prepared the same to avoid dissatisfaction to other group.

The room is reasonably medium size, bed comfortable and location within walking distance to the amenities. Bathroom medium size which is very good, and towels change every day. Cleanliness very good.
