However, the breakfast experience left something to be desired. While the spread consisted of bread, cereals, juice, and hot beverages like tea, coffee, and milo, the price we paid for it felt unjustified. The lack of hot food options made the additional cost seem excessive. While the breakfast was sufficient, we likely won't opt for it on future stays.

Quality Inn & Suites offers a convenient stay just off the M1, making it an easy drive from Melbourne. Our family suite provided ample space with two rooms, including a queen bed and three single beds. The suite was clean, and the beds were comfortable with fresh linens—a crucial aspect for a good night's sleep.

Pillows need a seeious upgrade. Also one each on the bed & only one spare. No hand towels just two bath towels & bath mat.

Breakfast was included in the price but there was no breakfast provided or available for our stay!! This seems very wrong to advertise breakfast for this booking when there was no breakfast provided. There was only one Foxtel channel was working on the TV and we couldn't access the fitness centre, even when we were given a key. There were no tennis racquets available when we asked the manager, even though the booking mentioned that racquets were available. The manager wasn't very friendly either and didn't explain anything about the room or any of the facilities for our stay. We almost got locked out of our room in the morning as well but lucky that the back sliding door was open so we could grab our belongings and quickly depart.

Room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room as well as a toaster. We would have brought something to cook for breakfast, although the booking said breakfast was provided and it wasn't - this is clearly misleading for this booking.

Both TVs were problematic, one with a large red line down it and the other wouldn't turn on sometimes. The Wifi was hopeless, cutting out frequently. There wasn't enough towels for 4 people, considering a 5 night stay and Pool usage. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Parking was inconvenient, while directly outside our room the neighbours decided to use our park instead (parking backwards and then leaving the engine running to fill our room full of fumes!). For the price I would have expected a little better amenities.

It suits a young family with two seperate rooms linked with a tiny internal courtyard. Washer and dryer was convenient, even though some people just left there stuff in them all day.

The location is on the main road (M1), but a bit further out of the town center. The bathroom's door cannot be closed properly. There was a slice of cucumber stuck on the door.
