reception made us wait 10 minutes they were helpful but understaffed. The room had a torn travel brochure on the seat and no milk in fridge. The pool was badly buffeted making our eyes irritated

I felt paying for parking your car when you were a hotel guest, was a bit of a rip-off. This wasn't cheap either. Considering people travel across Australia, a car is vital. We also felt there wasn't a great option with dinner, and what you did get was overpriced. The second night, we opted for a takeaway.

The shower was a disabled one and so water leaked over bathroom floor. Walls are very thin. A little pricey

Superior studio was very comfortable and well appointed from the L shaped layout to the great vista. Great value for money. We stumbled on this accommodation, but suitably impressed...we'll be back.

The room was small but the outlook across the river and pool area made up for the size of the room.

The location was excellent and the outlook from the room was exceptional. The bed was super comfy and the tasty buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Sails is an attractive resort away from all the crowded hotels and central busy area of Port.

The mattress was well worn. Sunken in like a hammock.

A little more space is always nicer to have when you have luggage taking up a room, but we were only there for one night and managed. If I was staying longer I would need a bigger room.

Exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful building and friendly staff. Our room was small but all we needed for an overnight stay. Very easy to get around with luggage. Loved the balcony and view over the pool and beyond. Clean, comfortable chairs, the bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was fine and well supplied.

hallways are quite tiny when carting luggage bathrooms in layout were very tiny in comparison to the room size making it hard to get kids ready

proximity to town and restaurants is fantastic staff were super friendly and helpful restaurant attached offers great dinners & big buffet breakfast for an additional $24 great value

Wifi and phone reception wasn't great. Restaurant and bar service slow there were only two occupied tables in Restaurant and one in the bar during our allotted 1.5 hour stay so I'd hate to see it when busy.

The bed was terrible a big hump in the middle like a mountain , the room was near the entrance ground floor to the hotel so constant driving and leaving and people talking outside the room , and were woken by a trucks reversing alarm very early Sunday morning that went on for quite a while, the restaurant food is not great as the steak was fatty and tough probably the worst I have had for years, the buffet breakfast is very average and overpriced, the outside deck for drinks is great, the pool looks fantastic but did not go in it, they seemed to short staffed as they were quite stressed running at times, and took forever to get 2 drinks they did apologise and our snack came quickly, check out person did not bother to say did you enjoy your stay , I have stayed at over 100 hotels world wide mainly with my job so I would say aim a good judge of what to expect. ps other people were complaining about the food . All in all I would go back but make sure the room is NOT near the carpark and trust that have better beds the location is perfect but takes more than location to deserve more than 3 stars.

The hotel has restaurant but was told its fully booked and go elsewhere , even though all tables were empty at the time we were there. Pre booking meal option was also not mentioned while booking room. Went to hotel bar but was told bar is closed even though it wasn’t 10 yet and they could have served . so overall experience was not so good.

Nice and clean. Room was of good size. Pool area is nice. Breakfast Buffet was nice but needs extra pay. Reception was helpful in providing all I needed.
