No shower curtain so water went everywhere. Bedroom window leaked inside & wet window sill, curtain & floor right next to bed where my friend was sleeping. Tv didn't work as incompatible remote connected. Eventually got it working through side panel on tv, only local channels as smart tv couldn't work with remote. Floor had grit on it so couldn't walk barefoot as feet were getting dirty.

we found the keypad entry very impersonal - staff what staff never saw anyone the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it !! TV didn’t work at all Lounge was very old and cracked . the bed was two joined together so hard in middle . washing machine smelled really bad and never filled properly or pumped out !!

the location was great , as we were there for Tom Jones concert, there are plenty of nice eat places handy and a good massage shop as well .

Bedroom was tiny, Entry arrangements very complex requiring multiple codes. Apartment felt like a cell due to grey decor.

The entry codes given didn't work. It took almost one hour to gain entry into the apartment. My wife was sent new entry codes by text eventually. Several phone calls later. Was charged $25 to park on another site a 5 minute walk to the apartment. We were unable to access the off site parking, with the information given to us. The room was very run down and dirty.

- no on-site reception or assistance. - no parking on site. - Ensuite shower recess water drained everywhere. Terrible tiling job. - Surfaces such as coffee table, table, window sill all visibly dirty with cup outlines and ?sticky finger marks. - all tiled Skirting was filthy with dust and grot - used towel hanging in cupboard - noisy intersection with minimal sound proofing in windows/doors.

2 bedroom apartment is a good size. Close to lovely eateries. Passable for 1 night only.

The place was dirty. Black pubic hair in shower. Bathroom floor was dirty, particularly under the vanity. Exhaust fan was filthy. Bedroom door couldn’t be closed. Balcony door was unable to be locked. The sofa bed was made, however the original plastic packaging was still on the mattress making for an uncomfortable night. We paid for parking and weren’t given instructions on how to access until calling.

Spa power won’t stay on, and was discustingly filthy when jets were activated a black sludge came out, bath tap didn’t work, appears only shower works, diverter was jammed/broken Floor filthy and damaged, I spilt some water on it and wiped it up turning the cloth basically black, Cutlery consisted of 2 butter knives, a teaspoon and a desert spoon and a selection of carving knives, Crockery was 4 plates and 1 desert bowl and some side plates Cigarette buts on floor on balcony, which hasn’t been cleaned in a long time No hand/face washers, Ironing board supplied but no iron,

The room needed maintenance and lacked any bedside lamps. Also, (personal preference) I dislike cold lighting which in a hard-floored room makes it cold and sterile. Some cozy additions like perhaps a rug or a few couch cushions would help make the place more comfortable and welcoming.

Prefer a facility with at least some level of staffing/reception. This has none. No parking on site. Apartment fit out is tired...tears in curtains, odds and sods of cutlery, no hair dryer, repairs to walls replastered but not painted, no wine glasses and only one tumbler. No tissues. Sent an email to facility after booking, when there was time to change or cancel. Never received a response to that email.

Location is good. Apartment was roomy and comfortable enough. Did not receive my check in details and had to call to get access....phone staff were at least quick to respond and facilitated my check in once I called them.

That we weren’t aloud an early check in unless we paid a $60 fee which was the first I’ve ever heard of that I couldn’t find it In there terms and conditions very disappointing I understand paying for a late checkout but not an early checkin just wanted to put our bags in the room and head out to celebrate the Melbourne cup .. but yet arrived and the lift was out of service and had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs which looked like the stair case had never been cleaned since the property was built … and the room was pretty dirty .. I think the same mop was used for the whole property we wouldn’t take our socks off felt like oil had been sprayed over the floor got out of the shower and almost slipped over .. mirrors were dirty draws in the cupboards all dirty blanket on the foot of the bed looked like it had something gross on it … the car park number and the number to the bollard was no such thing no numbers matched … we really just had to guess and our hope for the best .. but I’m saying that the room did have everything you needed .. and location was amazing but they definitely need to speak to there cleaners or get rid of them …

That it was close to everything .. the property itself was great … it really did have everything you need very well equipped kitchen .. would stay longer next time knowing that it was clean that I didn’t need to do it first ..
