This was our second stay. Last year we had an amazing coffee machine in our apartment but this year our apartment didn’t have a coffee machine or even a plunger. Wished the apartment would have had a vacuum cleaner to be able to vacuum the carpet given you have no cleaner coming for the week of our stay.

Great sized apartment for families, kids loved the heated pool. Good location, only a short walk to Noosaville. Seeing the thousands of bats that live behind the complex come out at night was our highlight.

My house was a bit dated, and not the cleanest which then meant there was a smell.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The facilities were amazing.

The rain! It never stopped!

We didn't use the pool but looked lovely. We were upgraded to a nicer unit - because of the works happening around the park I imagine. Location was handy to shopping centre. Handy for the ferry to Noosa, once we worked out where it left from - near the Yacht club. Good meals at the club also.

starter pack is a bit small. One pack coffee for two persons, and one toiletpaper for seven days

We were disappointed that the restaurant only serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There also needs to be some sort of a shop facility onsite with some basic items for sale as the nearest shop is quite a distance. I was surprised they didn't even have large bottles of water onsite for sale only small bottles.

The accomodation was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The resort is very well set up for families with 3 pools, a games room, playground, tennis courts and jumping pillow. The resort is very pleasing to the eye and relaxing place to have a coffee in the morning. The food in the bowls club next door is nice, we got a take away from there one evening.

The woman at the reception was quite rude and didn't treat us well when explaining the $200 deposit to us. The sauna doesn't work properly. The aircon was turned off every 20 minutes, we told the guy at reception and he never came to check anything

The room was average. The decor in the room was not nice and the unit could really benefit from an update. If staying in future again at the resort l would request a different room.

The resort was very good with a good amount of choice for pools.

Great town houses, spacious and well laid out. Kids loved having the different pools and facilities and the grounds are well kept. Better than expected for such an affordable accomodation.

The green area outside the trampoline had sitting water probably due to the recent heavy rain. It made the space very slippery and my 5 year old had a couple of falls.

We loved the pools and the trampoline. The townhouse was very comfortable and a good size for 3 kids and 3 adults. All the staff were lovely. Location is an easy, safe walk to the Pirate Playground which we appreciated

Kitchen and bathroom could use exhaust fans. Shower screen/enclosure probably needs replacement.

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in is super outdated and almost falling apart. Don’t believe the floors were vacuumed or anything properly wiped, uncomfortable beds, stained mattresses, the laundry and dishwashing liquids provided was inadequate, stayed for 4 nights and been given 2 packs, the same with toilet paper and bin bags. There was absolutely no supplies for cooking at all, such as oil, salt, pepper. “Free” Wifi awful, may as well not have it. The cafe was disappointing with below average food and inflated prices, 2 coffees and baby chino $16! Suggestion to make your own food or have a little wonder around, only few hundred meters there are some awesome coffee shops and cafes.

It’s very family oriented and plenty to do for the kids. Lots of pools, included one that heated, jumping, game area, playground and tennis court. It’s also very close to the river, so if you like fishing or water sports it’s a great spot. Also there are some additional under cover car parks which is super handy.

The cleanliness of our room wasn’t fantastic. Thought we only had one plate. Turned out they were just all still in the dishwasher from previous guest.
