The room was quite basic and a little run down. Only provided with basic bed linen, two towels and a floor mat, and the kitchen and bathroom weren’t hugely supplied. All in all though was completely comfortable and suited us for a weekend getaway!

The location was very central - walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants, also the tram out front. The view from the balcony over the ocean was really nice! Had 2 pools and sauna Easy undercover secure parking Great value for money

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay at Quarterdeck.

The location was great. Right next to the tram so we could head down to Broadbeach Blues Festival. Walk to the beach. Have breakfast at nearby cafes.

Could of done with more toilet paper and towels. Aircon in bedroom would have been nice.

Loved that it was close to everything, parking available, very clean. All items available if you wanted to stay longer, eg, washing machine stove microwave. We loved it and will def stay next time we are at the coast.

You can only use aircon for 1 1/2 hrs at a time. The vent in the bathroom needs cleaning. You need to pay extra for internet. No aircon inside bedroom.

Location is pretty good. Its near the beach and establishments.

Corridor in the floor of my unit was grotty. Someone left a supermarket trolley outside lift. Water on bathroom floor near drain - not sure where it came from. Didn't drain away

You couldn't close the balcony door, the lounges were both dirty and broken so you couldn't sit on them, the curtains were old, ripped and stained and their was a shopping trolley with rotting groceries in the corridor. You had to join a pkan for wifi. Don't stay here!

The only good things were the location and it was air-conditioned.

It can get noisy at night due to traffic and random humans at the tram stop at the door but this is uber convenient at any other time and the establishment can't control that, I simply recommend closing windows at night and using air con.

The views are amazing and they have excellent customer service. There are 2 pools, the unit was spacious and tidy. The guy on reception was fantastic and personable.

Not much that we didn't like but the furniture was a little outdated and we had to buy a bath mat to stop slipping in the shower. Apart from that it was A OK.

Perhaps an extra mirror or 2 might have been useful though not a big deal, I could at least shave in the bathroom/laundry.

Amazing Location, right by the Cypress Avenue tram stop and right in Central Surfers Paradise. Amazing view from my room on the 9th floor in all directions. Clean apartment- lots of space for solo traveller- in fact the most I've ever had. I told a friend it was almost a big as my house :) Heated swimming pool/Sauna and good outdoor pool Friendly Manager Friendly cleaners too- they were very chatty- most cleaners Ive seen at other hotels would never make conversation. Very quiet, no disturbances from other tenants
