Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaDoona had old stains. Lighting was poor in unit. Ensuite light flickered and one downlight in ensuite didn't work. Shower screen door needs adjusting as glass catches and sounds like it will smash soon.
Location was very good. Close to train station and wharf restaurants. Woolworths was close by for groceries.

Hong KongThe communication with the apartment staff is difficult. I have booked the apartment using Booking.com but can't use the booking.com message service to communicate with the apartment and has to use e-mail to communicate. Even I have replied the answers from apartment through e-mail but they keep on sending me the same questions which make me puzzle if they have received my answers. Also the instructions to obtain the keys were only e-mailed to me on the day of my arrival. The apartment staff could have sent that to me after the payment was made and so I won't need to worry until the day of arrival to know how to get into the apartment. I think this is a very bad experience of this stay.
It is walkable to City Center. Both rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There are TV in both bedrooms. The size of the TV in the sitting room is quite big.

AustraliaOnly a little thing - description said toiletries were provided but shampoo and conditioner was small single use version and we were there for 3 nights. I am sure if I asked they would have given me more. Also currently construction happening across the road starting 6:30 on week days and 7am on Saturday. Not within the hotel’s control but it is loud enough to wake you up from the main bedroom each morning.
Roomy accomodation, perfect for family or 2 couples. Ample facilities for cooking the basics with balcony a nice extra. Location is 5-10 min walk from Central Train Station and 10-15 from city centre. Two cafes nearby but only open business hours and a Woolworths supermarket easy 10 mins walk. Check in was easy and staff lovely.

Australiawooden plank under ensuite door (possibly to reduce the noise coming in from the street through the shower window) was noisy when door opened and closed, no key was provided for the small balcony door off the ensuited room. Not enough tea and coffee sachets. No teapot or coffee plunger provided which would have been nice.
Fabulous location. Lovely view of the city. Very roomy. Nice furniture and bedding. Nice decor overall. Good lighting for working etc. Good food nearby.

Everything was great!! Friendly staff Great location so close to everything but also a quite street. A few yummy cafes downstairs, we went to two donkeys which was great for breakfast. Clean rooms & bathrooms. TVs in rooms were great. Ceiling fans in rooms also. Full kitchen if you wanted to cook also a full size fridge, washer & dryer. Our balcony was nice and over looked trees and buildings behind them. Everything was very comfortable for our stay. Would recommend 👌 👍

AustraliaLocation is a bit further than some other places, but this is reflected in a more affordable cost.
We enjoyed our stay at Quattro Apartments. Communication with the property was easy with clear instructions on how to check in and park the car. The apartment was comfortable and generally clean, although a few items needed some repairs (the door handle onto the balcony was almost coming off the wall, which we reported to the management and they were intending to fix). Car parking was easy and secure, and cheaper than some hotels at $25 a day. The location was OK, but you will need to walk about 15 minutes to get to the CBD. There were no restaurants around the hotel so we had to walk 10 - 15 minutes to find places to eat. The reception desk is not staffed 24/7 so if there is a problem you will need to ring someone. Luckily we had no issues.
