Stayed 1 night had a cruise booked, arrived early staff was great stored luggage until check in. Breakfast was included which was sensational , the room had views of the harbour bridge and opera house. The morning of the cruise staff was great once again stored luggage until we were able to board the ship. Whenever I cruise from Sydney will definitely stay here.

The rooms are run down a little, with water damaged ceilings and few stains here and there on carpets. Two bedroom apartments very well used, again, which a fresh paint and re-carpeting would help. Doesn't match the price charged to be fair but the views are amazing, so a balance (if you can ignore stains and baby cockroaches appearing near bins which Sydney has a problem within most Hotels so not the Sebel alone). Luckily we only seen one, and took care of it with no other creatures making there way into our luggage!

Location is fantastic, with easy access to George Street via lifts that drop you down to ground level as you are elevated with amazing views (depending on room type) of the Sydney Harbour including bridge and opera house. Beds were comfortable. Staff were exceptional and very nice, easy check in and great room service. Nice lounge facilities and bar/restaurant with happy hour prices to accommodate prices.

Excellent location, all mod con available. No Sydney H bridge or Opera H, still gets water view from our room. Clean room with new towels daily. Excellent and friendly staff service, no fuss. Will come back and recommended.

The view from our suite was incredible. From the beautiful sunrise each morning to the city lights over the harbor at night, it was everything we could have imagined.

There should definitely be a rail around the spa and to the edge of the pool. It’s a slippery surface . There needs to be a message to guests to enter the property from the street below . We saw many people dragging their suitcases up the hill like us.

The views from the room from The Sydney Harbour Bridge to The Opera House are fantastic. The rooms are sunny, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry facilities are excellent.

Location was amazing, great value for money. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor pool, staff were excellent and so helpful. The actual room was huge, great views of Darling Harbour and the Bridge from our budget room too

We noticed the road noise was loud. Even with the windows closed. Great happy hour. But there do not utilise the spectacular view of the harbour. There should put a bar at pool level. Over looking the harbour

It’s a minor point but parking was not easy. Valet parking works out as better value if you need to come and go.

Great location in the Sydney CBD. The suite was lovely and spacious. Hotel had all amenities including pool and gym. Close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and restaurants in the city.

This hotel was indicated to be a five star property, but it just wasn't. It should be accurately listed with four stars. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the onsite restaurant and bar. For Easter weekend, and without notice to expected guests, the bar was closed and the restaurant was closed, except for breakfast. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else. Even though the bar and restaurant were closed, there was a placard in front of the hotel the entire weekend inviting people to come in for the restaurant and bar. Maybe it was the weekend, but the staff we interacted with left us with the impression they were doing us a favor rather than wanting to provide good service. At breakfast, coffee was expensive and refills were not included. The gym was a disappointment - too small - and we chose not to use it.

We had the two bedroom apartment. It was very nice. The beds and bedding were good, and the place was clean. The location was perfect for access to the Sydney Opera House the the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The view was fabulous as shown in the pictures. We would stay here again just for the view.

Brilliant hotel in a terrific location for the sights and transport. Less than a 5 minute walk to circular Quay and opera house. Staff are incredible. So helpful and couldn't do enough to entertain our 2 children after a long flight.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom units with a harbor view and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and that view was unbelievable! We were close to everything.
